As I was perusing through the GO TV channel list here in Uganda,
I came across a false prophet, Apostle Deo Semakula of Holy Ghost Healing Tower
in Maganjo inviting people to come for counseling. He was spewing this rubbish on
his HOLY Ghost TV. He says that poor
people should go to pastors and not prophets because a prophet is never sent to
poor people.
He brags that when people come for counseling he will tell
them why they aren’t married , why they are suffering and why they have
different problems in their lives. He has asked people to come with a seed of
500,000 Uganda shillings(137 US$), or 100, 000(27 US$) Shillings. He warns
people not to come with less than 100, 000 Uganda shillings. The bible says
freely you receive freely you give(Matthew 10:8).How will this thug prophet
escape the damnation of hell??
Occult thugs such as Deo Semakula have TV stations that have
been licensed by
Uganda’s corrupt neo-liberal state. They are using the power of the air waves
to extort money under the silent watch of the state. Since the closure of
churches due to Covid 19 a number of occult pastors are getting broke. They
have difficulties paying a number of their bills. The church which was a major
source of their loot is now closed.
They have to now use their personal Televisions to rob people.
God has been dealing with these thug occultists one by one. Some landed in jail
and others have been shamed in the media for defilement or extortion. God will
deal with the likes of occultist Deo Semakula. The Lord Jesus Christ will shame
these ministers of the devil. Flee this
occultist called Deo Semakula. Do not go
back to his church when government lifts lock down on churches.

The boss of Uganda Lands Commission Sarah Basangwa Kulata has dragged city Pastor Deo Semakula of Holy Ghost Healing Tower to Police accusing him of threatening her life after the Pastor said he will bring her dirty, torn knickers and the skirt she put on while in senior four.
This was revealed in a heated argument between the two at Kulata’s office after she openly told Pastor Semakula that she was not ready to cancel the land titles after finding out that the land in Kawanda that is under contention was acquired fraudulently.
According to the source in the Lands commission, ‘the man of God’ told Kulata that he was going to wrap the knickers and the skirt the lands boss used to put on while in senior four and present them to her.
The staff member cited several incidents one of which Pastor has ordered his congregation to join him and they curse one of the ladies that rejected him for marriage and later died.
The confessions threatened the lands boss who rushed to Central Police station, Kampala where she filed a case of threatening violence in room 73.
Issa Magombe the officer handling the case summoned pastor Deo who was escorted by some of his church goers and was subjected to intensive grilling for four hours before he was granted a Police bond.

Former Kawempe division chairman, Nasser Kibirige Takuba has been remanded to Luzira prison on seven counts relating to an alleged fraudulent land transaction in Kawanda, Wakiso district.
Takuba was jointly charged with one Valentine Bayogera Kajungu who is said to have sold him the land using forged documents. The land reportedly belongs to Pastor Deo Semakula of Holy Ghost Healing Tower Church in Maganjo, along Bombo road.
The two are facing seven counts summarized under charges of forgery of judicial documents, uttering false documents and fraudulent procurement of a certificate of title.
Appearing before Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate, Boniface Wamala, they denied the charges. The suspects applied for bail but the magistrate rejected it after the state prosecutor, Lino Anguzu, asked court for more time to study the accused’s bail application.
Pastor Semakula had in April this year applied to privately prosecute Takuba and Kajungu together with the commissioner land registration, Sarah Kulata over alleged land fraud but the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Mike Chibita, took over the case.
The DPP took over the case following a request by the land ministry’s permanent secretary, Gabindadde Musoke arguing that Kulata, who had been summoned, was a public servant. The DPP later advised that Kulata be dropped from the charge sheet on grounds that she was reportedly misled by Takuba and Kajungu into entering the erroneous land transfers.

“Look here woman; do you know that I can bring you your
dirty knickers and the skirt you used to put on while in senior four? It’s time
you started doing as I say because I am a prophet and man of God who can do
anything to you,” said Semakula according to sources.
Soon after the quarrel, Kulata was told by one of the staff
members that Pastor Semakukla can do it citing an example of a former church
choir member whom he told that she was going to die after she had denied him
sex saying that she was getting married.
The staff member confirmed that to Kulata that the sex
hungry pastor said that he could not contain the humiliation of being rejected
by a young girl and removed his trousers and flashed his naked bum at the girl.
She has since fallen sick and got paralyzed to the extent that she cannot
take herself to the toilet. The staff member cited several incidents one of which Pastor has ordered his congregation to join him and they curse one of the ladies that rejected him for marriage and later died.

When called on his known contact, Issa Magombe said that the
case was still premature and there was no need to rush it to media as it would
jeopardize the investigations.

A pastor in Mukono district charged with defiling a 17-year-old school girl has been remanded to Luzira Prison.
Sebastian Mbuya of Delivering
Power Centre International in Kitega village, Mukono municipality
appeared before Mukono chief magistrate Mary Ikiti on Tuesday.
He was arrested by the Police on
September 10, 2012 from Bamboo Guest House in Mukono town where he was
allegedly having sex with the girl.
However, Mbuya who refers to
himself as a prophet pleaded not guilty. He applied for bail but his
surety Jimmy Mugambe, a resident of Kikooza village in Mukono central
division failed to present substantive documents to court.
Mugambe presented an identity
card which was issued in 2009 and showing him as a resident of Wantoni
village in Mukono municipality.
The prosecutor Hussein Ntalo Nasuulu asked court to remand Mbuya as the investigations in the case continue.
Ikiti remanded Mbuya to Luzira prison until October 1, when he will re-appear in court for mention of the case.
In his statement at Mukono
Police station, Mbuya said he had gone to visit the lodge following
rumors that it was on sale and had interest in buying it.
He said that when he reached
there, he waited for the owners but he could not see any and he decided
to rest as he was by that time very tired.
Police detectives arrested Mbuya
with a student at around mid-night in the lodge. The girl who had first
said that she was 18 years, was taken to a Police surgeon in Kampala
who proved that she was 17 years old.
The girl later changed her
statement to say she was ordered to tell Police that she was 18 years
yet in actual fact she was 17 years. She said Mbuya had threatened her
with death if she resisted his sexual advances to her.

Buganda Road Court has issued criminal summons against the commissioner land registration, Sarah Basangwa Kulata, and two others over alleged fraudulent transfer of land in Wakiso district.
Pastor Deo Semakula of Holy Ghost Healing Tower Church at Maganjo along Bombo Road accuses Kulata, former Kawempe division chairman, Nasser Kibirige Takuba, and one Valentine Bayogera Kajungu of fraudulently transferring his land and subsequently cancelling his title.
The disputed land measuring 7.16 acres on plot 59 Block 107 is located at Nakyesanja-Kawanda in Nabweru sub-county.
Grade I magistrate, Simon Kintu Zirintusa, issued the summons dated April 22, 2014, requiring Kulata, Takuba and Kajungu to appear in court on May 23, 2014 to answer to charges of acting fraudulently with intent to defraud Semakula of his land.
The criminal summons come in the wake of a High Court ruling in which Justice Eva Luswata declared that the land registrar (Kulata) can be sued as a party in the land fraud case.
Luswata’s ruling followed an objection which Kulata had raised, arguing that she cannot be sued because she acted under her authority as per the Registration of Titles Act (RTA) when she cancelled Semakula’s title.
Kulata last year defied a High Court order stopping her from tampering with the land in dispute. Whereas assistant High Court Land division registrar Alex Ajiji on September 20, 2013, issued an interim order stopping any action to be taken on the disputed land, Kulata went ahead and issued a letter cancelling Semakula’s title on the same date.

summons have since been received by Kulata’s secretary only identified
as Sarah in the department of land registration. By press time, Takuba
and Kajungu were yet to be served.

Takuba claimed to have bought the land from Kajungu, a transaction Semakula maintains was fraudulent.
According to documents, Semakula bought the land from Tereza Mbirontono, who was the registered owner after she acquired letters of administration for the land that originally belonged to her late son, Samuel Mukungu.
Documents show that the title issued to Kajungu was based on forged letters of administration purportedly acquired by Scolastica Nanteza, who was Mukungu’s wife and that the instrument number on the white page of the title was altered.
A police forensic report signed by forensic document examiner Erisa Sebuwufu and co-signed by Sylvia Chelangat, showed that there were two different signatures on documents that Kajungu claimed were signed by Nanteza (also now deceased).
The police report also revealed that the instrument number (KLA 415261) was altered by modifying figure 5 to make it appear like figure 8.
