The catholic church came up with the so called Charismatic movement to prevent the mass exodus of especially youth from the catholic church to Pentecostal and evangelical denominations. They are sending the message to the young people that we have what you are looking for in the Pentecostal and evangelical movements movement. As result Catholics in the catholic charismatic renewal movement also speak in tongues, preach prosperity the gospel , cast out demons and perform miracles and healings crusades. There is nothing as laughable as seeing Catholic charismatic ‘pastors’ cast out ‘demons for the dead’ out of Catholics. What nonsense!! How can you cast out ‘demons of the dead’ from some one who is a member of a system where the worship of the dead and praying to the dead is so central???

Despite all this deception God is saving people out of the Roman catholic church. I thank God for saving me out of the catholic system. Remember, I was a staunch Roman catholic for over 20 years. A friend of mine who had refused to leave the catholic church despite being convicted by God that the catholic church is a false satanic system , one day heard a voice ordering him to leave the false catholic system. He is now born again and preaching to catholic to leave this Luciferic system. We need to pray to God to open the eyes of catholic folks to the truth of the gospel and the luceferic nature of the catholic church.

The Great Gathering of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Family is a huge celebration as part of the journey towards the CCR Golden Jubilee. The event will be held in Uganda from 30th June to 6th July, 2014, bringing together delegates from all the five continents of the world to Africa for the first time, to pray and seek the Lord for a renewed outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the Renewal and the Church worldwide.
Here we present a summary of the information on the event. Find all the details on the website of CCR Uganda: www.ccruganda.org This event is organised by ICCRS in collaboration with the Uganda Episcopal Conference, Uganda Catholic Charismatic Renewal (UCCR), and the African Sub-committee of ICCRS (AFSCI). A series of activities have been planned from 30th June to 13th July 2014, including:

International Leaders Conference · Speke Resort in Munyonyo, 30th June-4th July 2014.
Special Pilgrimage and Public Rally · Uganda Martyrs Shrine in Namugongo, 5th July 2014.
Missions and tours:
- 7 days Service Mission in Mbarara Archdiocese, 6th-13th July (including a Public Rally in Ahuriire, 12th July)
- 3 days Tour to Murchison Falls National Park, 6th-9th July
- 1 day Tour Mabiira Rain Forest and Source of the Nile, 6th-7th July

Through this conference, we hope to achieve the following objectives:

To host a Leaders Conference for up to 3,000 Leaders at Speke Resort Munyonyo from 30th June to 4th July 2014.
To reach over 300,000 people through two public rallies at Namugongo Martyrs Shrine from 2nd July to 5th July 2014, and Mbarara Archdiocese from 10th to 12th July 2014.
To expose the Catholic Charismatic Renewal members from the rest of the world to the devotion of the Uganda Martyrs through a pilgrimage to Namugongo Martyrs Shrine on 5th July 2014.
To experience spiritual renewal in our Prayer Groups, Communities and Centers in Uganda through the many graces that will come to us during preparations before at and after the actual events.
To offer our foreign visitors an opportunity to carry out services and experience Uganda the pearl of Africa and gifted by nature through visits to National Parks and through the warm, generous, loving hospitality of her people.

The Panafrican Congress of Renewal leaders and the 2nd World Youth Metting of CCR will take place within the given days. A special workshop for priests will be also offered during the event. The ICCRS Council will also have its annual meeting on African soil for the first time after the conference, from 6th to 11th July.

LEADERS CONFERENCE : 30th June-4th July 2014

The Event will start with Leaders Conference scheduled to start on Monday 30^th June 2014 at 3.00 p.m..

The venue will be Speke Resort Munyonyo on the shores of Lake Victoria. It is close to the site of the martyrdom of two martyrs, St. Andrea Kaggwa and St. Denis Ssebugwawo. A quiet and serene place, it is the ideal place for a leaders conference. This event will end on Friday 4^th July with a feast.

PILGRIMAGE: 5th July 2014

On the 5^th July 2014, starting at 7.00 a.m. delegates will make a special Pilgrimage to the site of the Martyrdom of St. Charles Lwanga and his companions. The Martyrs Shrine is located at Namugongo to the East of Kampala. The courage, endurance and determination of the 24 Uganda Martyrs inspires faith to all those who visit this special and holy site. The Pilgrimage will lead to a Public Rally at Namugongo Martyrs Shrine starting at 3.00 p.m. in the afternoon.

TOURS: 6th-9th July 2014

TOUR TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

A tour package to the country’s largest National Park the Murchison Falls National Park will start on 6^th July after breakfast and end on 9^th July 2014 after breakfast. Murchison falls National Park is a Palm-Studded grassland that supports dense populations of Lions, buffalos, elephants and Uganda Kob, together with localized Rothschild’s giraffe and potas monkey. There are immense concentrations of hippos and the giant Nile Crocodiles on the Nile river that will be seen during morning and afternoon launch trips along the river Nile going right to the bottom of the spectacular waterfall for which the Park has been named.

TOUR TO MABIIRA RAIN FOREST AND SOURCE OF THE NILE

A short one day tour to Mabira Tropical Rain Forest and Source of the Nile is being organized for those who cannot participate in the Murchison Falls park tour or the Mbarara Archdiocese Mission. The tour will start on 6^th July after breakfast ending with breakfast on 7^th July 2014. A visit to the Nile remains a wondrous and moving experience no less to those who have seen same river as it flows past the ancient Egyptian temples of Luxor some 6000 km downstream. The trip will include a boat ride on the Nile.
