My analysis
Many
people have bought the government deception
that late Nebanda was too young to be killed by government . In other words, the government did not have any motive for killing
such a young legislator. Such people forget that dictators in American slave
states cling to power by creating THE FEAR OF
DEATH in the public. You do not need to kill a
very old prominent legislator to create a fear of death in the public. We need
to bear in mind that youth between the ages of 20-35 are becoming very critical
of Museveni’s government. So, Nebanda’s could
have been killed to create a scare crow
for this section of the Ugandan public. The message from this killing is; THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUNG PEOPLE WHO OPPOSE GOVERNMENT. The Uganda police
has been parading the so called ex-boyfriend
of late Nebanda , one Adam Musa Masuba, who claims that the late started
taking drugs in 2012. These crooks know that once you say that she was taking
drugs for several years many acquaintances and relatives of the late are going
to prove you a liar. Secondly, they know that many young people in Uganda ARE
STRUGGLING WITH DRUGS and therefore once you say that the late was drug
consumer many will believe you. Adam
Musa Masuba says that he broke up with the late when he started talking drugs
to reduce weight ; how can such a young man chuck a legislator who was earning over 20 million shillings per month. Adam Musa
Masuba also says that they took a number
of pictures with the late at Entebbe
beach. If the pictures were so many, why give us one doctored one? The government
is trying to fool us by creating the impression that the Late Nebanda was a
harlot, drunkard and drug addict. Take or leave it, the government this time
has been caught pants down.

Cerina Nebanda Started Taking Cocaine in 2012- Boyfriend

Cerina Nebanda’s former lover Adam Musa Masuba told police on Saturday that the young MP had started taking drugs this year as a way of reducing her weight.
Police landed on Musa Masuba at his home in Munyonyo on Saturday in its on going investigations to find out what caused the death of Nebanda.Masuba told police that he started loving Nebanda in 2009 and he broke up with her when she started taking drugs this year.He also denied having a hand in the death of Nebanda.
He added that through out her campaigns for Butaleja seat ,they were together.He stated that during their relationship he realized that Nebanda used to enjoy V&A and Smirnoff and also hated her body size which she said was not matching her age . She therefore started tying different means to cut the weight which led her to taking Uganda Waragi and later cocaine.
Masuba also revealed to the police that one time when he was heading to America ,the late Nebanda asked him to to buy for her cocaine after she was told that it could help her to reduce on her weight to that of a lady of 24 years.
Meanwhile ,Nebanda’s other lover , Adam Kalungi is still on the run .Some reports indicated that he escaped to Kenya while other rumours claim that he could have died.
