TRUTH: MOST CHRSITANS HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE MARK

Man by nature has the mark in his/her body. The worship of the flesh, the love of the world, the gospel of the flesh(Material prosperity gospel), the love of the world, the lust of the fresh, the glorification of sin, the gospel of greed are all evidence that man has succumbed to his beast nature and therefore has yielded to the mark.

The sodomy and paedophilia in the church, dressing like world are all evidence that man’s inner being has been corrupted and has acquired the mark of the beast.

THE TWO MARKS: MARK OF GOD AND MARK OF THE BEAST

The book of revelation talks about ‘TWO MARKS’ that will be IN THE FOREHEADS of human persons. The first is the mark (seal) of God(9:4)(7:4) and the second is the mark of the beast( (Devil)(Lucifer)(13:16, 15:2, 16:2). The mark of the God represents A GOOD EYE,an EYE THAT is singly focused on Christ, an EYE that does not lust after the things of the world, an EYE that does not enslave man to his/her Beast (animalish) nature. The mark of the beast on the other hand represents an EVIL EYE that is partly in the world and partly in Christ, an EYE that corrupts man’s inner being and enslaves man to the love of the world and his/her beast (animalish) nature.

Many Christians think that they can eat their cake and have it. They think they can love God and the world at the same time. They think they can dress sensually, seductively and obscenely like the world and still go to heaven. They think they can enjoy the movies of the world, the pornography of the world and still go to heaven. Well, nothing can be further from the truth. Whoever, takes the mark of God will enjoy eternal life (Rev.21: 4) and whoever takes the mark of the beast will suffer eternal damnation (Rev.14:9-10).

Dear ‘born again saints’, continue to go to church while at the same time you sell porn videos, watch porn, occult movies, continue to love, wear and sell obscene clothing, continue to live a greedy life style, continue to love and attend rock concerts, continue to smoke and get drunk, continue to romance the lord Lord Jesus Christ, continue to shake you booties for the HOLY SPIRIT, continue to show and advertise world channels, on your so called Christian TV, continue to enjoy channels that glorify your sin, continue to enjoy the prosperity gospel that empowers your fresh and beast nature, continue to hate truth.

Continue to hate and persecute the ministers of righteousness, continue to pretend to love God while you hate reading and studying God’s word(remember Jesus is the word), continue to love and glorify preachers that allure through the lusts of the fresh, continue to keep silent about the oppression of the poor, continue to love political Christianity , continue to love favours and bread from the tables of politicians that compromise you, but remember no heaven for you. What is this Mark spoken of in the Book of Revelation and how will it be implemented upon mankind? Will a charismatic world leader suddenly come to power in the Middle East, solve the geo-political problems between the Western and Arab nations, then proclaim himself the new savior of mankind? Will the World at large then receive his ‘mark’ implanted through some high-tech electronic device under the skin of their forehead or hand? Or perhaps all this is just some movie plot designed to sell you an interesting story line with religious overtones about the end of the world?
This subject however is no joking matter to millions of professing Christians in the US and world who are eagerly awaiting for the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to ‘Snatch’ them away from any ‘tribulation’ that may occur in their lifetimes as a result of an anti-Christ figure rising to power over the nations.

They fear anything related to the Number 666 and entertain numerous conspiracy theories concerning the Governments ability to inflict just such a system upon its people to enslave them. But given the present condition of the professing church, somewhere between lukewarm, corrupt and dead spiritually, much of the hype concerning the ‘end times’ is just another means to keep the focus off the Truth.


Ask yourself, if Satan is behind all the evil that exists in the world and the plot to overthrow the Kingdoms of the earth, would anything he put into action be done in an ‘obvious’ manner? Would he not work his schemes on mankind with much stealth, cunning and massive deception? The Bible says that he can actually appear as an angel of light and minister of righteousness when spreading his lies and deceit. (2Cor11:13-14) MOST professing Christians are deeply deceived already by his lies that promise them liberty in Christ while they remain slaves to their own inner corruption. Is it any wonder then that this ‘mark’, that they think will be so obvious as a chip under the skin, is just another in a long list of STONG delusions brought about by professing Christianity’s LACK of Love for the Truth?


The Apostle, who wrote the Book of Revelation, said this, 1John2:15-17,
"Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away and the lust of it, but he who does the will of God abides forever."

Jesus said, concerning the lust of the eyes, Matt5:28-29 ,
"But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. And if your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell."

Jesus also said this concerning the eye, Matt6:22-23,
"The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is single, your whole body is full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!"
Scripture teaches unquestionably that the ‘evil eye’ (Mark7:22) is the single most source of Lust and Corruption of man’s inner being. The remedy is a radical removal of this source and a singleness of devotion to the True Light giver, Jesus Christ. But from WHERE does this ‘evil eye’ ignite these deadly passions within and henceforth cause the whole body to be cast into hell!?

Revelation 13:18, says that 666 is the ‘Number of a man!’ Is this merely the ‘number’ of his name as many have been lead to believe through present day teaching. Howbeit when our decimal numbering system was not invented until around 800AD? Who translated the original notation by John and what ‘system’ did he use to distinguish the weight of these numbers? In ancient Greek the letters of the Greek alphabet contained numerical value, each corresponding with a certain value weighted against Roman numerals. This translates into our 666, the number contained in our English Bibles and feared by millions of professing Christians as some mysterious individual yet to be revealed who will number the people of earth as his servants.

However NOTHING could be further from the truth. Unknown to the Apostle John at the time, the number of man is indeed 666. The Carbon Atom consists of 6 protons, 6 neutrons, and 6 electrons, the Atomic number of Carbon is 6. The human body consists of 18% carbon (a multiple of 3x6) & over 60% oxygen! The Number of man is indeed 666! Our own flesh contains this ‘mark’ by the every fact that we exist as human beings.

But what does it mean to ‘receive’ the mark on the forehead or hand? Will the Beast and False Prophet force you to take this mark as a form of worship or will you escape their clutches in the nick of time because you ‘believe’ in Jesus? The Truth may surprise you!

Strange translations.

The word translated ‘forehead’ in Rev13:16 and elsewhere in Revelation is NOT used anywhere else in the New Testament. The Greek Word is ‘Metopon’, a combination of two Greek expressions, meaning simply, ‘With an eye.’ (Ops….an eye, Meta…with) The ‘hand’ in the ancient world denoted a place of honor where some sort of designation as to your status in life would be displayed. This 666 is NOT the number of an individual man, but as the word in verse 18 translates, ‘anthropos’ or MANKIND.

The MARK then represents the Lustful eye of man, attached to the things of this world, ‘receiving’ from his own ‘animal’ like nature, the pride of life.
The image of the Beast John beheld was the VERY image of unregenerate man, professing to a form of godliness but denying its Power to destroy the sin nature inside! Beast is translated as a ‘savage, ferocious animal’ Is this NOT a perfect description given of man in his godless state of rebellion?

"Lovers of themselves, lovers of money, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanders, without self-control, brutal, despises of good, traitors, headstrong, proud, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness, but denying its power!" 2Tim3:2-5

Jesus said you must CUT off the offending member or risk being throw whole into hell, Matt5:27-30. You are told NOT to present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but to God as being alive from the dead! Rom6:13. Eph5:30 says we are members of His body of His flesh of His bones! Therefore put to death your members which are on earth, lust, uncleanness, passion, evil desires, covetousness and idolatry. Col3:5 James says that its LUST that is at war with our members, James4:1.

Everything goes back to the ‘eye’ and man’s attempt to serve TWO Masters. When only Singleness of eye will put to death (or cut off the offending members, metaphor) the deeds of the body in order that he may live. WHO is it that dispenses this ‘Mark’, look again at Rev13:16, WHO causes man to ‘receive’ this mark….THE FALSE PROPHET! Again, Scripture DOES NOT teach that this is an individual person rising up out of the masses, but a SYSTEM at work from the beginning enslaving men in their own lusts.

"For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work!" 2Thess2:7
"But there were false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you!" 2Pet2:1
"MANY false prophets have gone out into the world." 1John4:1
"Even now MANY anti-Christs have come." 1John2:18
WHO is causing professing Christians to ‘receive’ this mark? THOSE who preach the Grace of God as License for immorality! Such teaching is rampant in the present day church. The False Prophet is proclaiming a FALSE Gospel! That’s the deception, the STRONG DELUSION spoken of in 2Thess2:11. The PERFECT LIE! Everyone is looking for an outward sign of End time Prophecy when it’s in their OWN Flesh they are held captive. "For to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that ones slave whom you Obey!" Rom6:16.


Peter and Jude spoke plainly of these men and how to recognize them. They will teach destructive heresies, exploit you with deceptive words and cause the way of truth to be blasphemed, 2Pet2:1-3. They will walk according to their own ‘lusts, self willed and presumptuous, 2Pet2:10. They have ‘eyes’ full of adultery that cannot cease from sin, beguiling unstable souls and they love the wages of unrighteousness, 2Pet2:14. Like natural brute ‘Beasts’ made to be caught and destroyed, 2Pet2:12.
Jude added, ‘They are spots in your love feasts, clouds without water, trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots!’ Jude12. ‘They are sensual persons who cause divisions, not having the Spirit’ Jude19.

Scripture often refers to corrupted man as a ‘dog’ returning to its own vomit or a ‘sow’ wallowing in the mire, 2Pet2:22. Christ calls false teachers ‘Savage Wolves’ who are known by their fruits, Matt7:15. Outside the Great Kingdom will be the ‘dogs’, immoral, murderers and idolaters who love and practice a lie, Rev22:15. At the end no one is magically transformed into a holy and upright Saint, pure and chaste for the Lord, Rev22:11 States,
"He who is unjust, let him be unjust still, he who is filthy, let him be filthy still, he who is righteous, let him be righteous still, he who is holy, let him be holy still."


If the Nature of the Beast remains in you and your flesh is in control, you have ALREADY received the ‘mark’ spoken of by John. If you are double-minded, impure and friends with the world you need to ‘cut off’ the offending members, humble yourself and draw near to God. (James4:7-10.) The False Prophet is teaching you a gospel of sin! Although it appeals to your flesh now, it will indeed exclude from the Kingdom at the Great Judgment.

Why ‘pluck out’ an eye to enter into life? To what purpose would removing this important member of the body serve, if the remaining eye remains corrupt and full of darkness? The simple answer of course, is NONE whatsoever! ONLY if the remaining eye is fixed in Singleness of purpose and devotion on Christ and the Narrow Way to the Kingdom, would it be sound and FULL of Light. That’s why Jesus said you CANNOT Serve Two Masters, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit, Matt6:24, 7:18. Those who attempt to serve God in this manner are ‘double-minded’ and unstable in every way. Unfit for the Kingdom!

The Beast John saw rising up out of the sea in Revelation 13, with all its horns, crowns and heads represents mankind in all his regalia. He draws his power and authority from the great Dragon (Satan, the Prince and power of the air & god of this age, Eph2:2, 2Cor4:4, 1Jh5:19) Through man, this dragon makes war against everything decent and holy, despises the Saints of God and works his most devious schemes and deceptions against them. Men delight imitating this animal nature, taking on its attributes, mimicking its savage instincts. They fight and war, kill and destroy, dog eating dog in a world perishing in its own corruption.

Those who attempt to ‘buy and sell’ in this world without the ‘mark’, meet with a constant source of frustration. The ‘Sound’ eye is SINGLE, full of honest, sincerity and serves its Master in just such manner with ‘singleness’ or sincerity of heart, Col3:22. Redeemed by a ‘Purchased Price’ (1Cor7:23) the Saints of the Most High God triumph over the ‘mark’! Although they may be severely persecuted, stripped of earthly goods and put to death, they will OVERCOME the Beast by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony! (Rev12:11)

In Mystery Babylon the fallen worship the Beast and his image. They bow at the shine of vain amusement and heap unto themselves teachers to tickle their ears and turn them away from the truth. They walk as enemies of the Cross of Christ, whose god is their belly and whose glory is in their shame, their mind set on earthly things. The Great system of wealth and fortune, adorned in the finery of modern convenience will become their smoldering ruin. And all who have ‘received’ the ‘mark’ will perish in torment, the smoke of which will ascend forever and ever.

While the professing church waits for the ‘rapture’ they serve the Beast and the False Prophet, having received his mark through the corruption of their own eye. The remainder sleep the deadly slumber of death, not hot, or cold, but ‘lukewarm’ (wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked!) primed to be spewed out of the Master’s mouth. Rich and increased with goods, the modern church is gathering in the Tares for the final burning and refusing to heed the WORDS of warning contained in Scripture before it’s too late. Those who insist on the more theatrical view of prophecy have probably already fallen prey to the false prophet (or risk the danger of strong delusion) and his wiles. FEW today are circumspect concerning their faith, redeeming the time wisely, realizing that the days are evil. FEW Guard their hearts, Test the spirits and know the difference between truth and error. The prevailing winds of false doctrine are at Gail force in our time and NO ONE is sounding the alarm!

So sleep on church, enjoy the party, raise your voices to heaven and shout for Joy! Perhaps you can drown out the cries of the damned and the shrieks of millions of souls falling daily into hell fire while you stuff your face full of food and satisfy your belly with worldly pleasures! You have sown to the wind and will reap the whirlwind.

You have plowed wickedness and reaped iniquity! Sow for yourself righteousness and reap in mercy! Break up your fallow ground and seek the Lord while He may yet be found! The Day of the Lord will be darkness and not light, a Day of vengeance and flaming fire from above, to punish those who will not OBEY the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Those who have received the ‘mark’ …..the evil eye of the flesh they have REFUSED to pluck out and cast from them….will be removed from His presence forever, but His Saints will reign with Him in eternity.

A RELIGIOUS sect that preserves dead bodies is seeking to build a multi-million dollar autonomous city in Rakai district.

The Sserulanda Spiritual Foundation hopes to turn 200 square miles adjacent to Lake Victoria into a free trade zone, dubbed Ssessamirembe Spiritual City. The area covers the sub-counties of Kabira, Kakuuto and parts of Kooki.

The group, suspected to be a cult, allows its members to choose whether to be buried or have their bodies preserved and kept in a common room, when they die.
On Wednesday, Saturday Vision saw three of the former members' bodies in a secluded permanent house in Kabira village, about 20 minutes' drive off the Masaka-Rakai highway.

While two of the bodies lay in coffins, another - belonging to a woman - was on a cradle neatly covered with white linen. Beside the bodies were lit candles. An elderly woman clad in gloves and a lesu was treating the bodies. The members strictly prohibit visitors from taking pictures inside the room.
"We can even preserve your smile if you asked to have it preserved," a member told this reporter.

Saturday Vision also saw three grave yards, implying that the majority of the group's members are buried. Some graves were bigger than others.
"Each grave is given a different value, depending on whether the person was an initiate (has spiritual power)," explains the group's general administrator, Sseewabwewi Kyalisiima.

Contrary to common practice where graves are dug, here they are built up to waist level so that the body lies at ground level. This is allegedly to imitate the legendary Egyptian Pyramids.

Sserulanda's members include high-profile personalities such as Gertrude Njuba, a presidential advisor on land matters. It is headed by His Imperishable Glory Ssaabayimiransibo Bambi Baaba Baabuwe, a Ugandan who has been living in the US for the last 15 years.

God in human form

Baaba is said to wield immense power over his followers, who consider him as a "god in human form." He is said to have got a vision as early as three years of age to build a city and eradicate poverty. His real name was Jozzewafe Mugonza, and he grew up as a herbalist, diviner and healer, operating in Kyotera and Kalisizo in Rakai district. He reportedly later linked up with some Indian businessmen in Kyotera who sponsored him to travel to India in 1969.

There he went through what his followers call the "12 stages of initiation" and became a "disciple of a divine living Master of Ancient Wisdom". By the late 1970's, he reportedly started buying land from individual households in Rakai, until he was able to secure a vast expanse of land.

When visiting the place, Saturday Vision found a huge plot which has shrubs and scattered shacks. A dusty murram road winds its way through the grass and anthills to a huge shrine, curved out of a rock. The man-made cave has a purple curtain hanging at the entrance. No one enters with shoes. Inside, a fire place is surrounded by dry grass that is carefully spread out for visitors to sit on. The fire burns day and night. In one corner is a portrait of the spiritual leader, Baaba.


Members are strictly forbidden from eating meat or any animal product, and drinking alcohol. This is allegedly in line with the teachings of Baaba, who combines Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh and traditional Bachwezi practices in his religion.
Other practices include common ownership of some assets for the "common good" like land, kitchen, cattle kraal, reference library and burial grounds. Though members are allowed to own some personal private property like houses, cars, radios or television sets, they are all required to contribute to the common good.
Anyone who fails to contribute, risks having their membership cancelled or be denied access to communally owned resources.

The group has a charter which specifies how they will govern themselves in the autonomous city, according to information posted on their website www.sseesamirembe.com. They will have powers to enact their own laws, ordinances, by-laws and procedures, as well as provide and maintain a security force for the protection of the inhabitants of the city. Their judicial system will be led by a "High Chancellor" and only permanent residents of the zone will be eligible to hold the office of a "Governing Chancellor". They will provide their own social services and infrastructure, independent of the central Government.

Key projects already planned by the group include an international airport, an airport city, hotels, international schools, shopping malls, business centres and cultural villages. It is planned to accommodate about 500,000 people.

Chinese investor

To build the city, the group plans to strike agreements with investors. Already, they have signed a deal with a Chinese company, Paradise International Investment, to invest $1.5b (sh2.6trillion) in setting up infrastructure. The investment, set to kick off in December 2008, is said to become the single largest Chinese private investment in East Africa.

However, some people regard the proposed project as a dream. "This is a fairly tale," says an LC official of Kabira sub-county, who requested anonymity. "They have been talking about it since the 1980s but we have not seen anything."
Some people also fear that this is likely to be another cult like Joseph Kibwetere's Movement for the Restoration of the Ten Commandments, which forced its members to live in an isolated community in the hills of Kanungu, western Uganda. Thousands of them were burnt to death in the church on March 17, 2000.

But the group's leaders say they are being witch-hunted. "When people like Karim (Hirji) or Sudhir (Ruparelia) are investing, do you first ask whether they are Hindu?" asks Beenunula Eyeenunula, who has been appointed governor of the proposed eco-city.

Eyeenunula also insists that the aim is to attract investments to benefit rural people. "Our spiritual group is a foundation, just like Centenary Bank was founded by the Catholic Church and anybody can access it. Likewise, this city will become a free trade zone, like Dubai."

The trade zone is being aggressively promoted by Kagera Eco-Cities, an organisation owned by Eyeenunula and Njuba.

Commission of inquiry

The group is, however, under fire for its controversial practices. Earlier this year, President Yoweri Museveni set up a commission of inquiry into the activities of the Sserulanda group. There had been reports that the group was making ARVs. The commission was therefore asked to investigate "allegations of divine healing energy and capacity to cure incurable diseases".

The investigations are still going on, chaired by the dean of Makerere University Medical School, Prof. Nelson Ssewankambo.
"There have been a lot of stories and rumours about the foundation in terms of spiritual healing, and how they handle the dead people. We need to understand the organisation's activities, leadership and membership. This is crucial before the Government gives the go-ahead for a free trade zone," says Ssewankambo.
The commission also comprises the director of the Joint Clinical Research Centre, Dr. Peter Mugyenyi, and Dr. Grace Nambatya, head of research at the Natural Chemotherapeutics Research Laboratories. Other members are Richard Tushemereirwe, a state house official, and Harriet Tukamushaba, a state attorney.

Meeting the probe team on Wednesday, Presidential adviser Njuba wondered how the spiritual matters would be established.
"How will you ascertain the spiritual healing? How will you know each individual's reason for joining the project?"
Reacting to the concerns, the probe chairman Ssewankambo said they would conduct public hearings.

"We will advertise so that people come and tell us what they know about the spiritual foundation. When we reach a point where we don't understand the issues of spiritualism, we will notify the President that we are not able to proceed."
Saturday Vision has learnt that the proposal for an eco-city had already been endorsed by the Government in a memorandum of understanding that was signed by state minister for investments Ssemakula Kiwanuka on January 18, 2006. Kiwanuka was not available for comment by press time yesterday.

The strange Baranda of Masaka

I first heard of Baranda group of people when I was in my first year at university. My roommate had relatives who were part of the group. Her cousin, a member of the Baranda group, used to visit her and they would argue for hours about their Baranda way of life.

I could hardly believe what I used to hear them argue about. I could not believe that after all the years Christianity has been in Uganda, there were still some people who didn’t believe in God but in a human being. Three years down the road, I decided to investigate their lifestyle.

On Friday August 26th I went to Kyotera in Rakai district. My former roommate had given me directions to her uncle, Mr. John Baguma, who is a well-known teacher in the village and one of the elders of the Baranda. He is also a father-in-law to Mugonza Bambi Baaba, the founder of the Sseruranda group.

From Kyotera town centre, I took a boda boda to Kakyanga, Bukala Village, where these people live. We rode through small footpaths in between bushes for over nine kilometres, till we reached Mr Baguma’s home. He welcomed us warmly, and treated me like a visitor other than a journalist, especially because I was friends with his niece.

After lunch at 3p.m, he settled in his chair to answer all my questions concerning his “religion”. Baguma became a Muranda in 1982, and his whole family had been part of it until 2003 when he learnt that his first-born had joined the born again Christians. The other children also followed her and quit the Baranda way of life.

According to Baguma, the Baranda used to be a very big group of people, most of whom were refugees from Bulemeezi in Luweero District during the 1979 guerilla war. Mugonza, whose title is Bambi Baaba, had built his empire by then. According to the story that run in The New Vision on January 22 2006, Mugonza was a celebrated herbalist who had worked in Kyotera and Kalisizo in Rakai Districts and Nateete, a Kampala Surburb in the 1960’s.

In 1980, he was helped by Ambrosio Mazinga, a shrewd businessman, and Bjorn Simensen, a skilled steel-processing manager, to form Astral Alanda Steel Products, which took over Camapaignia, an Italian construction company that was closing operations in Kampala. Mugonza persuaded the other directors to move the steel works industry to Sseesamirembe, where his cave was located.

The industry attracted many workers, most of whom ended up as disciples of Bambi Baaba, god to all members of the Seruranda Nsulo Yóbulamu Spiritual Foundation.
According to Mr Richard Muhumuza, who was once a Muranda, the life of these people is solely in Mugonza’s hands. They do not decide on anything by themselves.

When a woman gives birth, they ring the bell to let all members know about the good news. They then call their god, Bambi Baaba, to name the child. The kind of names he gives are unique; like Bufinini, Olulimi, Omumilo, Buka, and Sewabwewi. When a young man wants to marry, Mugonza has to approve or else it’s deemed illegal.

After approval, they wait for the number of couples to get to at least six. The brides are then kept in a special room for six months without moving out. On the final day, a grand party is held and the grooms can freely take their respective brides. When a Muranda dies, the relatives have no right to bury the body.

A bell is rung and the body immediately carried to a special house called Baloola. All the members gather outside and wait for Mugonza to decide whether the body should be buried or treated and kept in the Baloola.

Once the body is in the Baloola, none is allowed to see it except the leaders who take care of bodies. I was told that most of the graves contain three to six bodies, buried at once. The names of the people in a single grave are written on top of it.

According to Baguma, the Baranda are very good and fiercely united people, as I proved when I went to meet with the leaders of this spiritual foundation. Baguma asked his son, Mugisha, to take me to the leaders, who would give me more information and confirm what I had gathered from the neighbours and other members of the foundation, on condition that I would give him transport back since the distance was long.

Mugisha, 19 and an S.5 student, was born a Muranda, but broke away while in S.2 when his elder sister preached to him. “I know all their practices, but I’m no longer part of them. Only my parents are still members,” he said.

We sat on a boda boda and headed to the leaders’ office at around 3:30 pm. On our way, we bypassed one of the prayer alters in the middle of the bush. According to Mugisha, they do not sing like other religions and cults do. Their prayer days are Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7p.m to 9p.m.

We then got to the place where I felt like I had almost breathed my last. It was the Baloola, where the unburied bodies are kept, and where the route to the main office is. We parked the motorcycle and walked passed the Baloola to greet an old woman whom I was told looked after Mugonza before he left for USA in 1993.

I heard a bell ring, and Mugisha told me it was an alert to members to draw closer for prayers. However, the young man had misinterpreted the reason for the bell. It was an alert that there was an intruder on the “holy ground”. The next thing, I saw was people surrounding me, each one with a stick and they were panting, meaning they had run really hard!

Before I explained to them what my mission was, a phone, held by one of the leaders identified as Kasiimu, rang. The call was from one of their leaders, a top government politician’s wife. They explained to the caller what was written on my identity card and the caller demanded to talk to me. I was handed the phone, which was on hands-free because they all wanted to hear what I was going to be told.

I was not given a chance to explain anything! I was asked to leave immediately before I was beaten to death. I was given conditions if I was to come back. I was to bring letters from the ministry of information, Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Rakai District, police, and the chairman of the area. As we waited for the motorcycle, which they had hidden already, Mugonza called from USA and was told that a reporter was trying to disturb their peace. Still on hands-free, I was handed the phone and made to stand on some raised ground in “honour” of Bambi Baaba.

This time, I was not only abused, he threatened that I would die if I dared to write any story about them and publish any picture of the house with dead bodies.
“You will be bitten by snakes, run mad, be hit by a car, develop a bad odour, and suffer until you die! I’m a very bad man whom you should never joke with,” he threatened. “I’m a holy man who has never died and I will never die like your so-called Jesus! Where were you when they were crucifying him?” he continued, threatening me in Luganda with mixed Runyankole.

After long hours of abuse and threats, I was saved by a plainclothes policeman from Kabira Police Station, who had come to visit one of the leaders, and was told about the intruder in the land. He demanded to take me to the police station to make a statement after about an hour of talking to the god.

At the police station, I was released. “These people do let anyone know about their private life. If you need information, you need enough time to befriend them and then get it slowly by slowly. You were lucky they did not harm you,” the policeman, whose name I did not even have the strength to get, told me.

By the time we went back to Kyotera, it was 8p.m and I boarded the bus to Kampala, fully terrorised.



Cult being investigated

Being headed by spiritual leader Bambi Baaba who lives in the US, in this belief, followers remove shoes before they enter an all-time fire lit cave from where they worship the picture of their believed to be god, known to them as Serulanda.

It is alleged that when a follower of the sect dies, his or her body is either reserved in special room in the shrine cave, or buried in a high built grave believed to be above the earth. However this spiritual group for the last years of has not yet received direct attack from either the Anglican, catholic or muslim community

Last month, administrators of Rakai headed by district chairperson Herman Sentongo expressed their support for the sect when he presented the group as an economically productive community to the district.

The group intends to set up a free trade zone, an airport among other developments in a bid to promote trade in Rakai however, these proposals have not officially reached the Uganda investment authoriy.

THE Serulanda Spiritual Foundation in Rakai should be deregistered because it has contravened the objective for which it was registered and become a profit-making enterprise, a senior official from the lands ministry has said.

The sect was registered under the Trustees Incorporation Act, which specifies that bodies registered under this law should not engage in commercial activities.

The principal registrar of titles, Edward Karibwende, said the Serulanda Nsulo Y’Obulamu (Spring of Life) Spiritual Foundation was on May 26, 1987 registered with the lands ministry under this law, as a voluntary, charitable, spiritual organisation.

Other bodies that have been registered under this law include the Ramgharia Sikh Society and the Church of Uganda, which are registered as trusts.

Prof. Nelson Sewankambo, the chairperson of the commission probing the Serulanda activities, yesterday questioned the legal status of the organisation. He wondered whether the organisation’s intent to establish a Free Trade Zone in Rakai as a commercial undertaking, would not be a breach of the law under which the organisation was registered.

Karibwende said: “As a trust, the source of funding must not be from income-generating activities. If you are making profits, you cease to be a trust. It should be registered under the Companies Act.”

Karibwende said the sect should register under another law which allows them to carry out business.

“They should stop being a trust and cease to be candidates of this law. The minister can recall the registration and in my view, the registration (of Serulanda) qualifies to be recalled,” he said.

Pius Lubega, a former staff of the sect, said its leader, Bambibaaba, was obsessed with money.

When visiting the place, Saturday Vision found a huge plot which has shrubs and scattered shacks. A dusty murram road winds its way through the grass and anthills to a huge shrine, curved out of a rock. The man-made cave has a purple curtain hanging at the entrance. No one enters with shoes. Inside, a fire place is surrounded by dry grass that is carefully spread out for visitors to sit on. The fire burns day and night. In one corner is a portrait of the spiritual leader, Baaba.

Members are strictly forbidden from eating meat or any animal product, and drinking alcohol. This is allegedly in line with the teachings of Baaba, who combines Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh and traditional Bachwezi practices in his religion.
Other practices include common ownership of some assets for the “common good” like land, kitchen, cattle kraal, reference library and burial grounds. Though members are allowed to own some personal private property like houses, cars, radios or television sets, they are all required to contribute to the common good.
Anyone who fails to contribute, risks having their membership cancelled or be denied access to communally owned resources.

The group has a charter which specifies how they will govern themselves in the autonomous city, according to information posted on their website www.sseesamirembe.com. They will have powers to enact their own laws, ordinances, by-laws and procedures, as well as provide and maintain a security force for the protection of the inhabitants of the city. Their judicial system will be led by a “High Chancellor” and only permanent residents of the zone will be eligible to hold the office of a “Governing Chancellor”. They will provide their own social services and infrastructure, independent of the central Government.
Key projects already planned by the group include an international airport, an airport city, hotels, international schools, shopping malls, business centres and cultural villages. It is planned to accommodate about 500,000 people.

Chinese investor
To build the city, the group plans to strike agreements with investors. Already, they have signed a deal with a Chinese company, Paradise International Investment, to invest $1.5b (sh2.6trillion) in setting up infrastructure. The investment, set to kick off in December 2008, is said to become the single largest Chinese private investment in East Africa.

However, some people regard the proposed project as a dream. “This is a fairly tale,” says an LC official of Kabira sub-county, who requested anonymity. “They have been talking about it since the 1980s but we have not seen anything.”

Some people also fear that this is likely to be another cult like Joseph Kibwetere’s Movement for the Restoration of the Ten Commandments, which forced its members to live in an isolated community in the hills of Kanungu, western Uganda. Thousands of them were burnt to death in the church on March 17, 2000.

But the group’s leaders say they are being witch-hunted. “When people like Karim (Hirji) or Sudhir (Ruparelia) are investing, do you first ask whether they are Hindu?” asks Beenunula Eyeenunula, who has been appointed governor of the proposed eco-city.

Eyeenunula also insists that the aim is to attract investments to benefit rural people. “Our spiritual group is a foundation, just like Centenary Bank was founded by the Catholic Church and anybody can access it. Likewise, this city will become a free trade zone, like Dubai.”

The trade zone is being aggressively promoted by Kagera Eco-Cities, an organisation owned by Eyeenunula and Njuba.

Commission of inquiry
The group is, however, under fire for its controversial practices. Earlier this year, President Yoweri Museveni set up a commission of inquiry into the activities of the Sserulanda group. There had been reports that the group was making ARVs. The commission was therefore asked to investigate “allegations of divine healing energy and capacity to cure incurable diseases”.

The investigations are still going on, chaired by the dean of Makerere University Medical School, Prof. Nelson Ssewankambo.

“There have been a lot of stories and rumours about the foundation in terms of spiritual healing, and how they handle the dead people. We need to understand the organisation’s activities, leadership and membership. This is crucial before the Government gives the go-ahead for a free trade zone,” says Ssewankambo.

The commission also comprises the director of the Joint Clinical Research Centre, Dr. Peter Mugyenyi, and Dr. Grace Nambatya, head of research at the Natural Chemotherapeutics Research Laboratories. Other members are Richard Tushemereirwe, a state house official, and Harriet Tukamushaba, a state attorney.
Meeting the probe team on Wednesday, Presidential adviser Njuba wondered how the spiritual matters would be established.

“How will you ascertain the spiritual healing? How will you know each individual’s reason for joining the project?”
Reacting to the concerns, the probe chairman Ssewankambo said they would conduct public hearings.

“We will advertise so that people come and tell us what they know about the spiritual foundation. When we reach a point where we don’t understand the issues of spiritualism, we will notify the President that we are not able to proceed.”
Saturday Vision has learnt that the proposal for an eco-city had already been endorsed by the Government in a memorandum of understanding that was signed by state minister for investments Ssemakula Kiwanuka on January 18, 2006. Kiwanuka was not available for comment by press time yesterday.

She does teach some good things but she also teaches way to many things that are not Biblically correct. She has all her clothes tailor made for her and lives in a multi-million dollar home, her husband drives a $100,000 automobile, her and their children all drive expensive vehicles, paid for by the Ministry and she fly's around the country in her Multi-million dollar jet plane when she isn't taking time to vacation at her home in the Ozarks, paid for by the Ministry. What are the beliefs, teachings & doctrines of Joyce Meyers concerning being "Born Again"? What does Joyce Meyer believe on what a person must believe to be saved? What does Joyce Meyer teach concerning Jesus on the cross and spiritual death, and salvation? Below will be various quotes from Joyce Meyer teachings from one of her booklets called "The Most Important Decision You Will Ever Make", and the purpose for this information is not to be contentious or divisive, but rather to give an exposition of what Joyce Meyer teaches concerning being born again. Joyce Meyers does not have all the same false teachings as those in the Faith Movement, but she does have some teachings that are the same with various Faith teachers. In a book called "The Most Important Decision You Will Ever Make" Joyce Meyer teaches what it means to be born again and what Christ had to do for people to be saved. Read the following comments:
"Although your physical body will die someday, your spirit will continue to live for an eternity. Whether your spirit lives in heaven or hell depends on the choices you have made. In this book, best selling author Joyce Meyer outlines God's plan of salvation so that you can make a quality decision." (Back of the book, 1996-Edition)

"The spiritual part of you can be thought of as the part of you that cannot be seen with the natural eye. This part of you will live forever. And where the spiritual you lives depends on the decision you make as you read this book." (Page 8, 1996-Edition)

Warning, Danger Ahead!

Joyce Meyer teaches that Jesus did not pay for sin upon the cross, but actually went to the torments of hell and made atonement there. The following quote is from Joyce Meyer's 1991 booklet on being born again which is worded differently in the 1996-updated edition.
"During that time He entered hell, where you and I deserved to go (legally) because of our sin...He paid the price there.…no plan was too extreme...Jesus paid on the cross and in hell….God rose up from His throne and said to demon powers tormenting the sinless Son of God, “Let Him go.” Then the resurrection power of Almighty God went through hell and filled Jesus...He was resurrected from the dead 3Ú4 the first born-again man" (The Most Important Decision You Will Ever Make: A Complete And Thorough Understanding Of What It Means To Be Born Again, 1991, pages 35-36, Joyce Meyer) This quote was found from the Christian Research Institute's article on Joyce Meyer which can be found by "Clicking Here".
In her 1996 edition of "The Most Important Decision You Will Ever Make" Joyce Meyer states the same things but with different wording.
"Believe that Jesus did what the Bible says. Believe He is indeed the Son of God, born of a virgin. He took man's sin on the cross. He did not stay dead. He was in the grave three days. During that time, He entered hell, where you and I deserved to go (legally) because of our sin." (Page 41, 1996-Edition) Notice the similar wording in this quote compared to the other quote.

"Whatever it took to get God's people back, free again, is what they would do. Jesus paid for our sins on the cross and went to hell in our place." (Page 41, 1996-Edition) Whatever it took means that Jesus had to go to hell, suffer and be tormented by demons in our place.

"When Jesus hung on the cross, He took our sin upon Himself. God cannot stay in the presence of sin. As Jesus took our sin, He was separated from the presence of the Father...Jesus was taking your sins and those of everyone else upon Him as He felt this absence of His Father's presence. He said, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" [Matt. 27:46, author's paraphrase] Jesus knew it would happen, but the horror of separation from the bright presence of the Father was worse than He could of imagined, and it caused Him to cry out...and His spirit went to hell because that is where we deserved to go." (Page 42, 1996-Edition) This is a common teaching among the Faith Movement whereas they teach Jesus died spiritually and became literally the nature of sin. Thus, the Father turned away from Jesus while He was on the cross and Jesus died alone. "There is no hope of anyone going to heaven unless they believe this truth. You cannot go to heaven unless you believe with all your heart that Jesus took your place. He became your substitute and took all the punishment you deserve. He bore all your sins. He paid the dept you owe...Jesus went to hell for you. He died for you. He paid for your sins." (Page 43, 1996-Edition)
Concerning being born again and what is required to be saved we see Joyce Meyer teaching:
1.
"Believe...what the Bible says."
2.
That when Jesus was on the cross He did not stay dead but went to hell.
3.
That Jesus went to hell in our place because that is where we deserved to go.
4.
That God would do whatever it took to free His people.
5.
That there is no hope of anyone going to heaven unless they believe this truth, meaning what Jesus did to make atonement for sins.
6.
That a person must believe in their heart that Jesus took their place on the cross, He died spiritually, (implied) was separated from the Father, tormented by demons in hell, (1991-Edition) Jesus is the first born again man. (1991-Edition)

What is the Gospel?
The Scriptures are clear on what the Gospel message is.
"1 Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, 2 by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. 3 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures" (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 NASB) The apostle Paul taught that Jesus died and rose again for our sins according to the Scriptures. Paul taught the death that Jesus died was His physical death and His shed blood. Nowhere do we find anything from Paul or any other apostle/prophet for that matter state Jesus died spiritually for our sins according to the Scriptures.
What the apostles taught concerning what Jesus did to make atonement and reconciliation for our sins:
"19 For it was the Father's good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, 20 and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven. 21 And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, 22 yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach" (Colossians 1:19-22, NASB)
"18 knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, 19 but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ." (1 Peter 1:18-19, NASB)
What Jesus taught:

"27 And when He had taken a cup and given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you; 28 for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins." (Matthew 26:27, NASB)

"44 Now He said to them, "These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled." 45 Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, 46 and He said to them, "Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day, 47 and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem." (Luke 24:44-47, NASB)

"Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, 'It is finished!' And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit." (John 19:30, NASB)
Jesus taught that His death and shed blood was sufficient for the atonement of our sins. When Jesus said "It is finished" He was teaching an absolute truth that the payment for sin was paid in full. The Greek of "It is finished" is "tetelestai" which was a common way of saying dept paid in full, it is done.

What Does Born Again Mean?
Simply put being born again means becoming a new creation in Christ. Jesus taught Nicodemus what born again meant in John 3:1-21 and the message was simple. A person either accepts or rejects that Jesus came to this world to save anyone of their sins. What does it mean to accept Jesus? Jesus came first to the Jews, then after His death and resurrection the message was for the apostles to go to all people. To accept Jesus means you acknowledge you are in need of being saved, (John 3:14-18) that you believe Jesus was the Messiah and God come in the flesh, (John 8:24) that Jesus had the same authority and equality as the Father, (John 5:18-23 & John 10:30) that Jesus was the only way to the Father and for salvation, (John 14:6) that Jesus taught the Father, the Holy Spirit and Himself were three distinct personages from one another. (John 14-16)

John the apostle teaches what born again means:
"4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world--our faith. 5 Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?"..."10 The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself; the one who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning His Son. 11 And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12 He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. 13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life."..."20 And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life." ( 1 John 5, NASB)

What Will You Do?
It is clear that Joyce Meyer teaches another gospel message concerning what born again means and what is required to believe in order to be saved. This information shows Biblically that Joyce Meyer is not teaching the Biblical Gospel message and those who listen to her should be concerned. We believe she is teaching false doctrines of the message of hope and eternal life, and anyone who is serious about wanting to know truth needs to be open to examining this further. This is not an attack on Joyce Meyer in any way, but rather as said before an exposition on what she teaches concerning being born again.

We are warned in the Scriptures to be careful of those who claim to be of God but are in fact wolves in sheep's clothing. There are false prophets & apostles, and false Christ's:
"Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves." (Matthew 7:15, NASB)

"For false Christ's and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.." (Matthew 24:24, NASB)

"28 "Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. 29 "I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock; 30 and from among your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them. 31 "Therefore be on the alert, remembering that night and day for a period of three years I did not cease to admonish each one with tears." (Acts 20:28-31, NASB)

"13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14 No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds." (2 Corinthians 11:13-15, NASB)
We are instructed to examine all people and doctrines for truth, and reject false teachers and doctrines:
"10 The brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea, and when they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so." (Acts 17:10-11, NASB)

"But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good" (1 Thessalonians 5:21, NASB)

"Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15, NASB)

"2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, 4 and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths." (2 Timothy 4:2-4, NASB)

"10 Reject a factious man after a first and second warning, 11 knowing that such a man is perverted and is sinning, being self-condemned." (Titus 3:10-11, NASB)

This is a lot of money and so many poor Ugandan pastors can not afford. Therefore his seminar will be dominated by the rich Kampala prosperity pastors. Pastor Loren Davis had a seminar on Sound Doctrine in Kampala in March this year. Bro.Loren sponsored the seminar him self including the meals because he was aware that many African cannot afford to pay. If Bill Hybels wants to equip African leaders to spread the gospel, why charge a lot of money???? Why not put the seminar in a cheap place like Nakivubo stadium, so that the poor can attend. The bible says, you will see them by their fruits.

Truth Watch: Assessment / Warning

Hybel’s is part of the unbiblical Church Growth Movement that effectively puts ‘people-pleasing’ and and a soft self-esteem message ahead of the true gospel. Christians need to be careful and discerning in utilising any Willow Creek material.

Hybel’s advocates the use of modern marketing methods which are employed in order to discover what people want and then structure programmes in order to make them feel comfortable in church and so enjoy a meeting without feeling guilt or shame. This results in a “soft gospel” presented in an atmosphere glitz and entertainment incorporating drama humour and pop music.

In his book Honest to God it seems that the gospel for man is presented as a relationship with Jesus Christ to avoid “mindless misinterpretations of masculine identity”. Whereas the gospel for the women is that Jesus Christ offers freedom from being people pleasers thus allowing her to “satisfy her need for inner security”.

Willow Creek adopts the unbiblical practice of accepting women in leadership roles and teaching posts.

Both Bill Hybels and his wife have undergone humanistic psychological counselling and the church is reported to employ full time psychologists.

Bill Hybels has served on the board of James Dobson’s “Focus on the Family” which, although it often offers sound biblical advice, also incorporates the false gospel of self esteem.

Books by hardcore psychologist who’s writings are based on Freudian principles are sold and endorsed by Hybels.

A Catholic priest has spoken from Hybel’s pulpit.

Despite the cover ups of the sexual and other sins of prosperity Pastors in Uganda , the truth has come out and God’s word has exalted itself. It is written, there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. I one time went to Pastor Kiwewesi’s church and was amazed by the fact that despite the glamour and beauty of the church, a different Jesus is worshipped there.A friend of mine was told by God (in a dream) a few months back that Pastor Kiwewesi’s church was a Esabo(a shine where witchdoctors worship their devils from) and Kiwewesi was the priest in that shrine. This friend of mine was shocked after hearing the scandal in the media.

Pastor Kiwewesi has wasted time preaching dominion theology. According to him, the gospel of the kingdom is ‘’never give up till the battle is over’’. The battle he talks about is geared at amassing material wealth and domineering the physical world. He even has a TV programme on LTV where he preaches earthly vanities(material prosperity). He has fornicated with TBN apostates like Benny Hinn . These apostates not preaching cult Christianity(like the catholic church and others) but occultic Christianity. I CALL UPON PASTOR KIWEWESI TO REPENT.The words purity, righteousness, holiness do not seem to be in Pastor Kiwewesi's theology.

Ugandan News Media has been awash with stories of high profile Pastors in Uganda’s Evangelical Church accused of Sodomy and Child Molestation. The latest case has been Pastor Isaac Kiwewesi of Kansanga Miracle Center (www.kmc.ug) who has been accused of sodomizing a church member.

Mr Arinaitwe, who says he was employed at Kansanga Miracle Centre from 2002, has filed a case with Kabalagala Police Station alleging that Pastor Kiwewesi sodomised him between 2006 and 2007 and promised to pay him Shs3 million. “He used me until 2007 when he got married. He promised me Sh3 million for my parents and said he would send me to the US to stay there with his cousin,” he told Daily Monitor on Monday.
Mr Arinaitwe also accuses Pastor Kiwewesi of harassment and threatening him with death after learning that he was coming out with the “secret”. According to the local press, the Prosperity Pastor is currently under investigations and was summoned to the local police station with a warrant of arrest issued against him as he had objected to the summons.

Pastor Kiwewesi is a pastor of a large Mega Prosperity Church in Kansanga, a suburb of Kampala, Uganda’s capital. His Church is an offspring of the Rubaga Miracle Center Cathedral, one of the largest Mega Churches in Uganda, Pastured by Robert Kayanja who frequents as guest speaker of TBN’s Praise The Lord, and has himself over the years been rumored to be engaged in Homosexuality. It is Kayanja who hosted such TBN celebrities as Creflo Dollar and Benny Hinn. (www.kayanja.org)

It is interesting to note that Robert Kayanja the Senior Pastor of Kiwewesi is associated with and close to Paul Crouch who in recent years was accused of Sodomy and had to settle the law suit against him out of court. Another associate of Pastor Kayanja and had ministry ties to Kiwewesi was Pastor Kitaka who was exposed in the local press after sodomizing a teenager. All these Pastors frequent California…

Another story took Uganda’s Evangelical Church by storm when it was reported that a Famous Prosperity Pastor Jackson Ssenyonga was arrested in the USA for molesting a teenage girl on the plane to California… Jackson Ssenyonga Pastors the largest Mega Church in Kampala City with members estimated to 20,000 plus... Pastor Jackson Ssenyonga, the senior pastor of Christian Life Centre was arrested last Saturday for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old girl while on a flight in the United States of America (USA). The Contra Costa Times newspaper in the US reported that Sheriff's deputies (American policemen) apprehended Past Ssenyonga at Oakland International Airport accused of molesting the girl on a flight that originated in Denver to Oakland.

These stories though in some cases inflated by the local press and tabloids in particular, are factual as the victims are real. In Africa, the Law enforcement suffers from corruption and often the offenders go unpunished. Pastors use this weakness to bribe law enforcement out of serious crimes like sodomy.

Many folks from The West, Apostasy seems to be defined only in Western Countries and it is very difficult for such individuals to phantom the idea that the Church in general, globally is experiencing apostasy. However, with the advent of telecommunication and faster transportation, sin, evil, and apostasy in the church seem to be evident every where around the globe. Apostasy has become global. If there is an instance of Apostasy you can name in the West, be sure you will find it in some other country that clinches on Western Ideology.

The Church in Africa has not been immune to sin and apostasy. Just like in the West, The Love of money has been a source of all kinds of evil in the African Church. Almost all types of vices associated with apostasy in the Western Church are clearly visible in the African Church especially in Uganda, a country though very poor yet fancies in the Hollywood type of lifestyles especially among the “African Middle Class”.

What this means is that as the secular “African Middle Class” grows and yearns for more of Hollywood and pomp lifestyles, the ‘spiritual’ “African Middle Class” seeks for counterparts in the West to satisfy the desire for more materialism but using the Gospel as a means to cover the nakedness and shame associated with such a vice in the midst of people without.

So, the prosperity gospel has been a vehicle through which greed can be fully exercised without the fear of guilt from the poor whose silence by what they see is an indictment to the “African Middle Class” – their irresponsibility in caring for the poor. You often hear statements like, “give all you have to the Pastor and God will take away your poverty…” The Pastor then ends up living in a Million Dollar Mansion and driving a Hummer – in Africa, in the midst of very poor and malnourished people.

Ugandan Pastors normally frequent Western Capitals in search for “Donations” and “Sponsors” to help build large churches – Mega Churches in Uganda. It is in this search for money that many fall prey to Sodomites and Pedophiles in the West who use Christianity as Cover.

When the Ugandan Pastor returns to Africa, they begin to prey on their congregations by Sodomizing and committing acts of Pedophilia to the young. Such vices are not only sanctioned to the Western Church but now the African Church has to deal with them. The believers in Africa have not only had their little resources stolen by Prosperity Preachers but now are sodomised and molested by those who claim to represent Christ. Western Christians continue to give to such ministers so as to report big numbers in their yearly budgets. My prayer is that you will stop supporting such conmen, thieves, thugs, robbers, sodomites, pedophiles who pretend to represent Christ but don't!
