Jinja Chief Magistrate Amos Kwizera has remanded
20-year-old Tom Kisige to Kirinya prison for sodomizing a four-year-old boy,
last month.
Prosecution told Kwizera that Kisige took
advantage of the boy when his parents were away. He reportedly lured the boy to
his house, eventually rupturing the minor’s anus, rectum and bladder.
The boy is recovering after receiving support
from sympathizers, although his family is still financially constrained.
Meanwhile, overwhelmed with shame, Kisige’s family is now looking to relocate
from Masese division.
