J. Lo’s Black Magic? – The Practice of Santeria
It seems J. Lo may be dabbling in the occult.
As the entertainment section articles on

have detailed, time and time again, the biggest stars in pop culture are
involved in the occult or promote it through their lyrics and
Illuminati symbolism in videos. Numerous media sources through the
years have alleged that former
American Idol host, mega-star
Jennifer Lopez, aka J. Lo, is a practitioner of Santeria, a form of
black magic that was spawned in the Caribbean and central America by the
descendants of slaves brought to North America from West Africa. Lopez,
who has achieved great success in music, acting and as a celebrity
mogul has been one of the biggest stars in pop culture of the past
decade. And as is often the case with the biggest stars in society,
there is a connection that leads back to the occult.
Santeria – Caribbean Black Magic

Forced to adopt the Roman Catholic religion in countries like Brazil,
Honduras and Cuba, African slaves in the 18th and 19th centuries
incorporated the symbols and images from Roman Catholicism and combined
it with their own Yoruba and Bantu religion to form what is now known as
Santeria or,
“the way of Saints.” Santeria consists of myths, stories, and legends
(or patakí) that provide a basis for its customs and ceremonies.
Although more than 400 deities exist, only 16 are actively worshiped.
Those 16 deities that form the foundation of the religion. It is around
these foundational and warrior Orishas- or head guardians-that rites of
initiation, divination, and magic are celebrated.
In essence, Santeria offers its believers (known as santeros) the means of
acquiring predictive knowledge
of the world, as well as access to the principal sources of power. Its
practice is supposedly limited to white magic and excludes any black
witchcraft. Those who observe Santeria worship Olofi – also called
Olodumare and Olorún – their almighty god and supreme being. Santeros
believe that it is in the forces of nature where the Orishas manifest
Olofi’s will. The santero’s central goals are to worship the saints
(Orishas), observe feasts, obey orders, and carry out rites. In exchange
for
total submission, believers are promised supernatural
powers and protection from evil-including health, influence, position,
and the ability to see and modify the future. So while it may seem like
Catholicism on its face (which also is not in line with Biblical
Christianity), it is really a hybrid type of occult religion. In
Christianity, there is no worship of ‘saints.’ In fact, any person who
is a born again believer in Jesus Christ, is considered a saint in the
Bible. Speaking to the dead or necromancy, is a sin. However this is
exactly what many Illuminati rituals require.

For many involved in Santeria, the allure to it is divination, or
trying to see into the future. In Santeria, practitioners believe in
reincarnation and that a person’s destiny
has already been pre-planned.
And thus through proper rituals, they can find out what decisions to
make to bring them good fortune in life and avoid bad outcomes.
Divination can also help find out commands from an Orisha
which the adherent is required to obey.
For help with this, Santeros will often wear amulets, light candles,
display many statues in tributes to the Saints, as well seek counsel
from the dead (necromancy). The goal is to invoke and invite the maximum
amount of Orisha spirits to the ritual. When the rituals are
successful, a spirit can even “mount” a Santero and
speak through them to those in the room. The Bible described this activity over 2,000 years ago as demon possession:
And when he was come to the other side into the country
of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with [demons], coming out
of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that
way. And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time? And
there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding. So
the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go
away into the herd of swine. And he said unto them, Go. And when they
were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole
herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and
perished in the waters. –Matthew 8:28-32
Notice the demons in these men that Jesus encountered were able to
speak through them. Additionally, they were obviously very old beings
because they were fully aware of who Jesus was and knew that He would
one day come and “torment” them (most likely a reference to the Second
Coming of Christ – when He will judge the entire world) and fear Him. In
Luke chapter 9, Jesus even granted His 12 disciples
“…power and authority over all [demons]“ and they returned
stunned at their new ability.
All spirits are subject and fear Jesus Christ and thus they do not want
people to look to Christ as their Savior. Participating in occult
activities keeps people far from God’s Word and opens one up to demonic
influence and possession.

Animal sacrifice is also a major part of Santeria. The orisha gods
must be worshiped and animal sacrifice is done to satisfy this.
Additionally, animal blood is also used to put curses on others, remove
curses and “cleanse oneself.” All of this of course is what the Bible
calls witchcraft. Satan, from the time of his rebellion against The Lord
has sought to “be like the Most High” and tries to copy every aspect of
God. This is why numerous occult systems require the worshiping of
false gods. These black magic rituals are all major sins and offenses
to the God of the Bible:
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh
his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth
divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch. Or a
charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a
necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the
LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them
out from before thee. — Deuteronomy 18:10-12
Christianity is based on the worship of God through Jesus Christ.
Santeria adherents worship a series of gods they call “saints.” Santeria
ignores Jesus, the need for salvation or His death on the cross, which
provides forgiveness of sins for humanity. Like many mystical religions,
it does not deal with sin at all. Instead, it embraces every practice
that God calls an abomination. God identifies the “gods” of these
esoteric religions right in Scripture:
“And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when
thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of
heaven [angels], shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them,
which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole
heaven.” (Deuteronomy 4:19).
Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods. (Galatians 4:8)
For all the gods of the nations are [demons]: but the LORD made the heavens. “ (Psalm 96:5)
There is only one true God – who is the Creator of Heaven and Earth.
In the sinful age we live in at present, Satan and his angels and demons
have been permitted to have limited influence and authority in this
Earth and use it to continue to masquerade and present themselves as
‘gods’ or ‘helpers’ to humanity (for a more detailed explanation on

Occult Initiation
Jennifer Lopez’ former husband, Ojania Noa, left, was very candid about their practice of Santeria.
To be initiated into Santeria requires a long, complicated process in
which a “Santero” adopts the initiate as their child and puts them
through a series of rituals (some costing money). Lopez’ ex, Ojani Noa,
who has tried to profit off his intimate knowledge of the star, claims
that his spiritual “godmother”, a woman named Merle Gonzalez, took Lopez
under her wing and put her through initiation rites:
“At the end of the ‘90s, my black magic godmother – who
is now Jennifer’s spiritual leader – was protecting me, taking care of
me, helping me and guiding me like a son,” Noa said on the
Spanish-language show “Frank Cairo: Sin Libreto.”
“We participated together in sacrifices of chickens and hens, and in
one occasion, I was present when they were cleansing Jennifer with the
blood of a hen.” The hen’s blood was poured over Jennifer until she was
covered in it, Noa said. Then she was bathed in “holy water” to wash
away the blood, and herbs were passed over her body. “Meanwhile, the
godmother was asking the gods to cleanse Jennifer and save our
marriage,” he said. (source)
Noa claims he participated in the Santeria rituals and animal
sacrifices only because Jennifer believed in them. Jennifer’s parents
come from Puerto Rico, where Santeria is commonly practiced, but
Jennifer has strongly denied that she has taken part in anything
involving Santeria.
Noa also claims the “godmother” used the bloody rituals to get money
from Jennifer, and eventually turned J.Lo against him. Noa says:
“I’ve realized that I was never in favor of the animal
sacrifices, but I was present at the rituals Jennifer was doing to
improve her career and her love life. Jennifer had a lot of faith in
these animal sacrifices, cleansings, black magic and Santeria. But the
godmother planned them so she could have financial security through
Jennifer. Afterward, she eliminated me and then got Jennifer to start
hating me.”
In
court documents,
Noa stated that Lopez practiced voodoo and put curses on a number of
ex-boyfriends including, Sean P. Diddy Combs. In the documents, Lopez’
own lawyer makes a direct reference to her
“Madrina”, or
spiritual godmother and Noa states that both he and Lopez practiced
“voodoo” with her. Thus even J. Lo’s own legal team acknowledged her
involvement in Santeria.
Lopez’ former makeup artist has also supported
the claims that J. Lo practices Santeria. And as far back as 2003, news reports stated that the reason for
Lopez breaking off her wedding with actor Ben Affleck (4 days before the ceremony) was based on advice from her
Madrina, Merle Gonzalez.
Lopez visited Gonzalez’s ramshackle wooden house in a
run-down Los Angeles suburb. She is said to have become one of Merle’s
“godchildren” and regularly turns to her for advice. “I am involved in
Santeria and yes, I am friends with Jennifer Lopez,” said Merle through
the gate. “But I cannot discuss my relationship with Jennifer.”
“Apparently she can go into a trance for up to five hours at a time
and really look into people’s pasts and predict the future. I’m
surprised that a millionaire celebrity would visit someone like that.”
A neighbor of Gonzalez added: “It’s Merle who Jennifer turns to
whenever she needs counsel on the important things in her life.”
Astrologists are also said to have marked the date of the wedding as
“risky”. (source)
The Spirit of Divination and Fortune-Telling — Demonic Possession
Sources say a Santeria prediction was the reason J. Lo called off her wedding to Ben Affleck.
The Bible details that some of the people who are wrongly using the
powers of divination, fortune-telling and contacting spirits are truly
tapping into occult power. However, it is just being done through demon
possession. In the book of Acts, the Apostles Paul and Timothy were
traveling though Phillipi when they had an encounter with a diviner:
“And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain
damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her
masters much gain by soothsaying: The same followed Paul and us, and
cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.
And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to
the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of
her. And he came out the same hour. And when her masters saw that the
hope of their gains was gone, they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them
into the marketplace unto the rulers,” — Acts 17-19
Notice that the Bible immediately identifies the source of the young
woman’s powers – she was possessed by a demon. Rather than call things
like fortune-telling and witchcraft a bunch of fiction, the Bible
readily addresses it as a real spiritual activity. But there are demonic
forces behind it. And notice what the woman was saying: she was calling
Paul and the disciples servants of God who show the way to salvation.
She was making a true and accurate statement. Yet it was coming from a
demon. Like most forms of witchcraft, Santeria is promoted as the
“white form” of magic and thus not evil (PaloMayome is the “dark”
version of Santeria). However the Bible is clear that contacting the
spirit world in any form is dangerous because Satan, his evil angels and
demons are looking to corrupt and destroy humanity. By luring people
into white or black magic, the devil has succeeded in keeping the person
for that time, away from the true God of the Bible and put the person
at risk of going to hell.
This is why the book of
Ephesians states:
“For
we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.” The evil
spirits are the enemies of humanity but will often present themselves as
“helpers” or “guides” or even dead relatives. But this is all a
deception. The bible says Satan himself can disguise himself as
“an angel of light”.
Humans are not equipped to handle all of this confusing deception and
this is why the Bible says stay away. Angels have lived far longer than
people and know how to manipulate and deceive.
Also interesting was that even back in Paul’s day, the woman who was fortune-telling was doing so to
make money.
From ancient times, the worship of false gods was always for some
material gain. Today, it is no different. Whether it is for relationship
advice, maximum financial success or to harm an enemy, the false gods
of Satan are still being sought out. The urge to know the future,
whether it is through magic, tarot cards, psychic networks or other
means, many people in society today are constantly willing to pay for
divination.
1 Peter 5:8 says:
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour”

The short-term promises of material gain are never worth eternity in hell. Jesus Christ said:
” For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?”
Practicing witchcraft and occult rituals, despite any short-term gain,
are ultimately, serving Satan. Yet despite this, society is moving
further away from the God of the Bible and being encouraged to do all
forms of witchcraft and occult practices. This is all out of sin and
rebellion against God. The Bible states that there is no reincarnation:
” And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: “ (
Hebrews 9:27).
Rather than seeking to contact “the spirits”, society should be
concerned about their souls and look to God for forgiveness and eternal
life in Heaven through Jesus Christ. God is real and does want to
interact with humanity in a loving relationship and provide for our
needs through eternity. But it requires faith on the part of the
individual.
“Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.” (James 4:8)
When we seek God with a desire to be forgiven for our sins, He will
draw closer and make Himself more real and present. If you are a
Christian and you are dabbling in these activities, repent. And if you
are not a Christian, know that there truly is a spiritual world. We do
have souls and a war is being fought for them. Satan will use any means
to entice people into his snare. Do not be deceived.
And the good news is that through Jesus Christ, we can know the
future. A born again Christian can know with 100% certainty that they
are
going to Heaven and eternal life.
That is by far the best future prediction anyone can hope for.
Jennifer Lopez is a mega-star who has achieved a great deal of fame and
fortune (and was recently named to
Forbes Magazines “100 Most Powerful Women” list),
but if it as the cost of worshiping demons it will never be worth it.
The good news is that she, like any other Christian, is a sinner
who can be forgiven by God for their sins and come to love and worship the God. Let us pray that she realizes this.
Rick Ross and P. Diddy’s “Holy Ghost” – More Satanic Blasphemy
"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. "

As we covered in our article on Tyler the Creator and Odd Future (see “
Anti-Christ Generation: Tyler the Creator Leads Pop Music’s Open Blasphemy“),
Hip Hop and pop music have moved from using subliminal, hidden
references to the occult and satan in their lyrics and videos, to
outright blasphemy against God and Jesus Christ. Mega star rapper Rick
Ross’ latest song, “Holy Ghsot”, is yet another blatant step towards
satanism in hip hop. This article will examine the lyrics of the song to
break down the blasphemy and anti-God messages all throughout.
Webster’s 1828 dictionary defines blasphemy as:
An indignity offered to God in words, writing, or signs; impiously
irreverent words or signs addressed to, or used in reference to, God;
speaking evil of God; also, the act of claiming the attributes or
prerogatives of deity.
Let’s see if the song qualifies.
The Song – “Holy Ghost”
“They say I’m gettin’ money, must be illuminati
Talking to the Holy Ghost, in my Bugatti
He knockin’ on the do’ don’t let the devil in
He knockin’ on the do’ don’t let the devil in”
The song, one of thousands of rap songs in which the artist brags about
their endless wealth, Ross attempts to illustrate his success by
speaking to Holy Ghost in his Bugatti luxury car. Essentially, money is
the true measure of God’s blessing. He also references people saying
that he is in the Illuminati, which many websites and blogs state about
celebrities today.

“Lord knows, that boy done been about it
Lord knows, that boy’ll catch a body
Phone ringing, gotta be the Mexicans
Phone ringing, gotta be the Mexicans
Being dead broke is the root of all evil”
Again we can see that the references to God are not done in a holy way
or as a means of worship. It’s really making a mockery. When Ross states
the Lord knows that he’s “done been about it” he is referring to his
success as a street drug hustler and gangster. In the next line he
refers to “catching a body” which means that God knows Ross will murder
someone if necessary. All of this is basically saying despite God
watching all of our actions, Ross is going to do whatever he wants to
accomplish his goals. And that goal is clearly stated: “being dead broke
is the root of all evil.” This line cements the blasphemy in today’s
hip hop. Like Tyler The Creator’s upside down crosses, Ross is taking
Bible scripture and turning it upside down.

The Bible says:
“For the love of money is the root of all evil..” (1 Timothy 6:10). Notice the Bible does not say money itself, but
the love of it,
is the root of all evil. Ross makes a mockery of this by saying that
being poor is the real problem and thus “gettin money” is the solution.
This idea subtly suggests that the Bible does not have the answer. But
certainly a life of crime and monetary success does. And then goes even
further by taking the words of the Bible and reversing the Bible’s
meaning. This idea is eerily similar to the Occult Law of Reversal,
made famous by satanist, freemason and occult practitioner Aleister
Crowley. As an article on this occult principle states:
Those who want fame, power, spell-casting
abilities, demons at their beck and call, and to recognize the godhead
within, as well as to know the past, present, and future, he extolled to
his apt students, must consistently, with intensity, practice talking (reverse speech), walking, thinking, and playing phonograph records, backwards. This is a form of divination, and we are warned against this in the Holy Bible. (source).
“Get money, my ni—, do good with your people
I got the calico, I got the dynamite
They wanna do it big? Pick a time tonight”
An important point should be made here. Many music fans who read about
celebrities are very interested in their occult symbolism in videos or
subtle references. While this is all valuable information, it should
never be forgotten that when someone is embracing and promoting
murdering others, toting guns and drug dealing, they are doing Satan’s
work. Sin is satanic. Ross, named himself after one of the most
notorious drug dealers in American history, Ricky Ross, man credited
with spawning the crack cocaine explosion in Los Angeles in the 1980s.
And like many rappers, Ross promotes an image that he is “real” meaning
he really commits the acts that he raps about. Rappers make their living
on trying to prove their persona is authentic as possible and thus they
have to repeatedly mention their history “huggin the block”, “slanging
[crack] rock” and “catching bodies.”
This glorification of death and immorality is satanic on its face, even without satanic symbolism or occult references. In another Ross song entitled “I Swear to God”, the rapper boasts:
“Where I’m from, when niggas ride, they killin’ quick
Flipping bricks, counting money — so repetitious
Highly decorated gangster, so keep a distance
Swear to God, that’s on my kids, better mind your business
Five grand’ll get you killed,what’s a life sentence?
Life sentence, huh!
The bible says:
“Blessed is the man that heareth me,
watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. 35For
whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD. But
he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me
love death.“ The death culture in hip hop has been amped
to a fever pitch. Death threats and veiled references to past murders
are in abundance. And Ross leads the charge.

“Back to these b–s following my timeline
Back to these cr–s following my timeline
Got the phone tapped, I think I’m being followed
Touch him with the holy’s ghost, can you hear me father?”
Again, the Holy Ghost’s name is being used to suit Ross’ purposes in
mockery. To “touch” someone is yet another reference to killing them. To
which Ross follows up with “can you hear me father?” defiantly
promoting sin knowing God is watching. And for the many kids and adults
singing these songs every day, they are knowingly and unwittingly
participating in Ross’ death culture and blasphemy.
“Father, please protect me from brokeness
And b!tch ass niggas, B!tch ass b!tches too
Keep ‘em away”
Sean P. Diddy Combs then comes into the song to utter a mock prayer.
Again, the theme is God keeping them as rich as possible. And in his
prayer, he is cursing repeatedly. All this again serves to set in the
minds of the listener that mocking Christianity, God and the Holy Ghost
is completely acceptable and even fashionable in this day and age.

This is all sin in the eyes of God. The Lord states clearly:
Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
(Exodus 20). Using God’s name in a mocking fashion, to express anger or
shock (as in saying “OMG!”) is a sin. The name of God is to be held in
high regard and only used when addressing God or speaking about Him in a
proper fashion. Music today has violated this commandment repeatedly
and has helped shift the culture to where no one even thinks of it as
wrong anymore. And this is all part of Satan’s agenda. The less respect
people have for the Lord, the more willing they are to run into sin.
Jesus teaches in the Bible that sin defiles and ruins a person:
20And
he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. 21For
from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts,
adulteries, fornications, murders, 22Thefts, covetousness, wickedness,
deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.” Blasphemy defiles and the speaker and rap is now joining in with heavy metal music in promoting blasphemy to the masses.
With society moving to remove God from public discourse, many people
are not even aware as to how seriously Jesus took blasphemy against the
Holy Spirit. When Jesus
Then was brought unto him one possessed with a
devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and
dumb both spake and saw. And all the people were amazed, and said, Is
not this the son of David? 24But when the Pharisees heard it, they said,
This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of
the devils. And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every
kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city
or house divided against itself shall not stand: And if Satan cast out
Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?
And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast
them out? therefore they shall be your judges. But if I cast out devils
by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you…
Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be
forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be
forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of
man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy
Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in
the world to come.
Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost or the “unpardonable sin” was the
only time Jesus ever made such a strong statement of condemnation. The
Pharisees had just witnessed Jesus heal a man who was “dumb” (meaning he
was unable to speak). This was a feat that had never been done up until
that point in Israel’s history (all prior exorcisms required speaking
to the person to learn the demon’s name) and was a sign of the expected
Messiah. Yet despite seeing this take place before their eyes, the
Pharisees attributed Jesus’ power through the Holy Spirit to Satan. This
insult to the Holy Spirit led to Jesus’ proclamation in one of the
scariest verses in the Bible. It was so severe that Jesus said doing
this would never be forgiven. What Rick Ross and Diddy do in their
mocking in this song is not the same as what the Pharisees did in their
blasphemy but the account illustrates how seriously the Lord takes these
matters.
Antichrist Preparation
What can not be overlooked is the greater spiritual agenda for the
end times with songs like “Holy Ghost.” Blaspehmy will be the trademark
of the Antichrist, the false Messiah, empowered by Satan who will lead
the world before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking
great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue
forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God,
to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in
heaven. (Revelation 13)
The Antichrist will repeatedly insult and degrade The Lord, Jesus
Christ and the Holy Spirit. He will speak out against the angels and
saved Christians who are in Heaven. And yet, this is someone who the
Bible prophesies the world will want to worship and be amazed by. The
Antichrist will be someone desired by society. So the stage will have to
be set where blasphemy against God is completely acceptable and normal.
And when he has reached his full power, he will reveal his true colors
and falsely declare that he is god:
Who opposeth and
exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so
that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is
God. (2 Thessalonians 2).
In the occult, this is well-known. The New Age book,
The Aquarian Conspiracy,
outlines that those in the Luciferian occult circles are awaiting their
“christ” to return and lead them. But in order for this to happen there
must first be a “paradigm shift” in society. By changing cultural
values was “preparing the way for the reappearance of the World
Teacher—the Christed (Anointed) One, the true Aquarian.” Cutting Edge
Ministries detailed the goal as follows:
One of the most common recurring themes
throughout the writings of the New Age is that a massive,
population-wide change in spiritual and mental attitudes was absolutely
essential before Maitreya the Christ could arise and lead the world into
the New World Order. The guiding spirits of these New Age authors were
absolutely insistent that such a shift would occur some time toward the
end of this century. Once such a shift in deeply-held attitudes had been
effected, Maitreya could then arise. Of course, America was specially
targeted because of her traditional Judeo-Christian values base.
This dramatic change in attitudes was given a special name:
Paradigm Shift. The most succinct definition of this strange term is
given by the official New Age Dictionary. Paradigm Shift is defined as a
“spiritual or mental axis-shift; a change in perception or world view”.
Paradigm itself is defined as “a set of deep concerns…dogmas and
assumptions…” In other words, Paradigm refers to those deeply held
religious beliefs by which a person lives their life.
So the guiding spirits are predicting that, towards the end
of this century, people’s deeply-held religious attitudes and beliefs
would undergo a fundamental and dramatic shift; with this religious
shift, attitudes on other subjects within a person’s life would also
change. A good example of this type change which would accompany the
fundamental religious value change would be a person’s outlook on
political issues or on ethical issues within the community, such as
abortion or euthanasia. (source)
Alice Bailey, one of the founders of the modern New Age movement, an
avowed Luciferian, wrote in her book the Externalisation of the
Hierarchy, that the shift should be focused on children. Bailey, who
channeled a spirit called “Master D.K.” to writer her books said that :”
If the vast majority of children of only two or three generations can
be trained according to different values, the nation itself will change
very rapidly.”
As stated Bailey, the founder of Lucifer Publishing, was openly
preaching for Satan and although she was writing in the 1930s correctly
predicted the corruption of values that would take place at the turn of
the century and its necessity to prepare for the New Age False Christ.
Pop Culture has now joined in completely by mocking God, embracing
immorality and promoting satanic ideas. Do not be deceived.
The Love of Money
The emphasis is constantly on money.
“Work! That’s all my n— workin’ with
Work! That’s all my n— lurkin’ with
My teacher told me that I was a piece of s—
Seen her the other day driving a piece of s—
Work! Exactly what I’m screamin’ ho
Certified, 8 digit ni–, triple beamin’ ho

Here Ross continues to boast of the “work” that his crew puts in,
again a reference to his successful criminal enterprise. And then the
lyrics turn to money being the ultimate validation. Hip hop culture is
famous for promoting this idea. As Ross mocks his teachers’ lower income
status his response is basically “look at me now! I’m rich and you’re
not!” Hip hop artists repeat this theme constantly, even mocking the
poverty or lack of income of their own fans (who still somehow support
the music) and how great they are because of their money. Hip hop’s
foundation is the idea that money will provide ultimate life fulfillment
and allow you to parade yourself over others. This of course is pure
vanity. There are countless stories of millionaire celebrities who are
in depression, commit suicide and take all sorts of drugs because they
are completely miserable, broken and unfulfilled. But the allure and
love of money still persists today more than ever. The Bible tells of an
encounter between Jesus and a wealthy man:
And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good
Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? And Jesus said unto
him, .. Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not
kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy
mother. And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up. Now when
Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing:
sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt
have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. And when he heard this, he
was very sorrowful: for he was very rich. And when Jesus saw that he
was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches
enter into the kingdom of God! For it is easier for a camel to go
through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of
God. (Luke 18)
The love of material wealth was so strong for this man that he would
even pass up on eternal life for it. Unfortunately, that is exactly what
is being promoted in much of pop culture today. The fame and money are
worth any sacrifice, even if it means going to hell. Jesus Christ said: ”
24No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and
love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.
Ye cannot serve God and [money].” And the endless quest for wealth in
songs like these makes the hatred of God manifest. This song is proof
that the idea that a person can make money their ultimate goal in life
and still try to “revere” God is not possible. And to no surprise, Ross’
new album is called “God Forgives, I Don’t.”
“You see, they hate what they don’t understand
Father, forgive them
For they know not what they do
Let’s go”
Diddy goes on step further in mocking Jesus by quoting Jesus’ words as
He was on His way to the crucifixion. Jesus prayed for God to forgive
the people who were mocking Him. How ironic that this is just what Diddy
is doing. This would not be the first time Diddy has promoted outright
blasphemy against God. In his video for the song “Hate Me Now” Diddy and
rapper Nas mocked the crucifixion of Christ, as they both were on
crosses with crowns of thorns on their heads as the Bible describes
Jesus. Here is Diddy below:
But the good news is that it shows the compassion and love of God
that He would send Jesus to take the abuse, mocking and blasphemy of
humanity and then give His life for those very same people. Jesus did
that for all people because there was no other way to pay for the debt
of all the sins we have committed.
Conclusion
More and more by demonic influence, corporate greed and the
Illuminati, pop music is making its content more focused on sin, Satan
and rebellion against The Lord. This is why it is so important not to
fall for the satanic deception of songs like “Holy Ghost” that want to
minimize God to promote a rapper. This type of music is making blasphemy
against the Lord, Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit a popular trend and
acceptable, moving society closer to being prepared for the ultimate
blasphemer, the Antichrist. For Christians, once again, pop music is
removing the middle ground — the content of the music and videos is
becoming blatantly satanic. How this can be supported and listened to by
followers of Christ at this point seems hard to justify. And for those
who are not Christians, maybe it is time to wonder why so many artists
keep bringing up God, Jesus and ideas from the Bible in their music. to
God and worship Him. Money will never provide fulfillment and certainly
not the worship of it. But in God, there is
eternal life, forgiveness of sins and riches in Heaven.

Kanye West has been one of the biggest superstars of the past decade
for his rapping and music production for his mentor and boss Jay-Z. And
he has also been one of the biggest Illuminati entertainers over that
same time span promoting Satanic symbolism, mystery religions,
materialism and sinful rebellion against God in that same time span.
This article will show Kanye’s descent from more subtle symbolism to
outright Illuminati satanic promotion.
As
Beginning and End has detailed, the main goals of those
involved in the Occult or New Age is the attainment of immortality or
godhood. Much of the rituals in Freemasonry and various occult practices
reflect this. And thus belief systems that make man a god are very
essential. Jay-Z’s track
Izzo (Hova), produced by Kanye West,
represented Kanye’s coming out party as it was his first appearance in a
rap video. The song, which is a tribute to Jay-Z’s nickname, “Jay-Hova”
is an obvious blasphemous swipe at the God of the Bible.
And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the
LORD: 3 And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the
name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. –
Exodus 6:2-3.
The Lord goes by many names in the Bible, most being titles of
respect and deference. But Jehovah is a name that God clearly
acknowledges as His. Jay-Z has adopted this moniker and Kanye’s song
celebrating the title.
When Kanye debuted his own first album, the influence of his
Christian upbringing was still apparent, but in a mixed way. He released
the song
Jesus Walks, about struggles with sin and the desires
to glorify God in his music. For many entertainers who come from a
childhood church upbringing, this is an early challenge in entering a
mostly satanic music industry. Just as Katy Perry, who started out as a
contemporary Christian singer soon “sold her soul to the devil” and
started making pop music that focused on promoting her over the top
sexuality and raunchy image, West too let his ego, immense pride and
desire for fame take over. In 2006, West took blasphemy to another level
by appearing on the cover of Rolling Stone mocking the crucifixion of
Jesus Christ:
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. – Galatians 6:7.

to take God’s name, Kanye’s blasphemy here showed his lack of respect
for Christianity and Jesus while also showing his shameless obsession
with fame, controversy and above all money. The Bible says of blasphemy:
Mocking Jesus Christ’s crucifixion, or attempting to make one’s life the same thing, is an insult to God and a major sin.
Pride And Arrogance – The Sin of Satan
Kanye has become infamous for his arrogance and pride.
“I realize that my place and position in history is that I
will go down as the voice of this generation, of this decade, I will be
the loudest voice,” he said in an interview on Wednesday. “It’s me
settling into that position of just really accepting that it’s one thing
to say you want to do it and it’s another thing to really end up being
like Michael Jordan.” — Kanye West (source).
Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. – 1 Timothy 3:6.
Kanye is renowned for his arrogance, pride and self-promotion. He is perhaps the only artist in history
rush the stage at several awards shows when
he was not named the winner. The danger in his attitude is that it is
based on the idea that money and “talent” justifies any behavior. In the
past, a man’s character and morals were once the measure of who he was
or at least put accomplishments in perspective. But as society moves
from Godly values and embraces Satan’s system, pride and arrogance are
now justified if a person is wealthy or famous.

To no surprise it is pride that is actually the first sin recorded in
the Bible. Before Adam and Eve, it was Satan, who sinned and led an
angelic rebellion against The Lord. The Bible says of Satan that:
“Thine
heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy
wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I
will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.” (Ezekiel
28:17). Because of his beauty and “natural talents” Satan, then
Lucifer, was filled with pride and then foolishly plotted against God.
How art thou fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground,
which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I
will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I
will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the
north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the
most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the
pit. –Isaiah 14:12-15.
Satan wanted the position of God. He wanted to rule all over all of
the angels or “stars of God.” He wanted to “be like the most High.” And
that plan has not changed today. Satan’s endgame is to try and usurp God
and ruin all of His plans for humanity, which is to save us. By luring
people into sin, keeping them from the knowledge of the truth of the
Gospel of Jesus Christ and deceiving them into following one of his many
false religions, Satan can keep the unsaved sinner under his influence.
Pride pulls a person away from God. As the Bible details, sin is a
process. The more someone falls into sinful rebellion against God, the
less Godly influence will be in their life. Romans explains that God
makes His presence known in the hearts of all people.
For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by
nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a
law unto themselves: Which shew the work of the law written in their
hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the
mean while accusing or else excusing one another;. – Romans 2:14-15.
The human conscience is proof of God’s existence in one’s life. Even
without reading the Bible, people have an inner sense of right and
wrong. But as sin creeps more and more into a person’s life and they
willingly embrace it, the conscience becomes “seared” or numb to sin and
soon God’s influence will leave and Satan’s will fill the void.
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not
as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations,
and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise,
they became fools,” – Romans 2:21-22.
At the 1:00 mark in the video below, Kanye proclaims that he should
be in the Bible and uses the statement to mock Christianity once again:
This from the same artist who said he longed to hear people sing
Jesus’ name in nightclubs. As the downward spiral of sin continues, the
soul of the person in rebellion will embrace evil and Satan’s agenda.
Illuminati Symbolism

Kanye’s videos and performances have been full of Illuminati satanic symbolism and references for years. In the video for
Workout Plan (the video can be seen
here), there are satanic pentagrams featured throughout.

In
one of his most occult videos to date, Kanye collaborated with Marco Brambilla, for his video for his song
Power.
This video is full of Freemason/Illuminati symbolism. Marco Brambilla,
the video’s director, is known for his “video tableau” technique where
he uses a continual moving camera shot to show images and tell a story
(more on him below). In this video the main message is about
illumination, the quest for godhood and immortality that drives those
involved in the occult, New Age or mystery religions – where man becomes
a god.
The opening shot is a closeup of Kanye with his eyes illuminated in
dark surroundings. He has pillars on either side of him in a manner
similar to the symbol of freemasonry:
A Masonic temple with the pillars of Boaz and Jachin.
These pillars, named Boaz and Jachin are revered in Freemasonry and
esoteric circles. But they originate in the Bible. The two pillars were
built as part of the instructions given to King Solomon from God for the
construction of the temple of Israel in the Old Testament.
For he cast two pillars of brass,
of eighteen cubits high apiece: and a line of twelve cubits did compass
either of them about. And he made two chapiters of molten brass, to set
upon the tops of the pillars: the height of the one chapiter was five
cubits, and the height of the other chapiter was five cubits: And nets
of checker work, and wreaths of chain work, for the chapiters which were
upon the top of the pillars; seven for the one chapiter, and seven for
the other chapiter. And he made the pillars, and two rows round about
upon the one network, to cover the chapiters that were upon the top,
with pomegranates: and so did he for the other chapiter. And the
chapiters that were upon the top of the pillars were of lily work in the
porch, four cubits. And the chapiters upon the two pillars had
pomegranates also above, over against the belly which was by the
network: and the pomegranates were two hundred in rows round about upon
the other chapiter. And he set up the pillars in the porch of the
temple: and he set up the right pillar, and called the name thereof Jachin: and he set up the left pillar, and called the name thereof Boaz. – 1 Kings 7:15-21.
The temple of Solomon was the designated place where the worship of
God was centered. It was where the Ark of the Covenant was to be placed
and thus the sole location where man could commune with God. God
literally manifested His presence on Earth in this temple which He
designed. This is why it is so important to Freemasonry. Like most
occult practices, it recognizes that the Bible is a supernatural book.
The temple instructions came from God and as such it’s construction
contains divine properties. Occult philosopher Manly P. Hall, considered
to be one of the greatest Freemasons of all time, wrote in the Secret
Teachings of All Ages:
“In the splendor of mental and spiritual illumination,
the High Priest stood between the pillars as a mute witness to the
perfect vitrue of equilibrium– that hypothetical point equidistant from
all extremes. He thus personified the divine nature of man in the midst
of his compound constitution — the mysterious Pythagorean Monad in the
presence of the Duad. On one side towered the stupendous column of the
intellect; on the other, on the other the brazen pillar of the flesh.
Midway between these two stands the glorified wiseman, but he cannot
reach this high estate without first suffering on the cross by joining
these two pillars together.” — Secret Teachings of All Ages, p. 99.
What is being said here is that the pillars represent heavenly realm
and the earthly realm. And it by the fusion of opposites that man
becomes illuminated and becomes the god-man. Of course this is a
distortion of the purpose of the temple. The temple was a place for man
to worship God and make atonement for sin, not to become God. But Satan,
as expressed in his 5-point plan of rebellion, wants to be God and
offer that same delusion to humanity. So the Biblical true purpose is
distorted to represent the “pathway to immortality.” This is what these
pillars represent in the occult.
And the joining of the spiritual realm with the earthly – also
referred to as “as above, so below” took place when Satanic fallen
angels came to Earth and took human women as wives to bear children.
These Nephilim giant offspring were the “men of renown” and the hybrid
god–men before and after the flood. This is why those in the occult
express this “great secret” by showing opposites whether it be the sun
and the moon, a black image with a matching white image or other symbols
that embody this principle. The symbols conceal the great desire to
commune with the “hierarchy” — the angelic realm once again and obtain
eternal life. (

supposed to be the initiate who is becoming illuminated into godhood.
Egyptian Symbolism
The video is full of Egyptian Mystery Religion symbolism.
From this shot it is clear that the Egyptian mystery religions are
being featured. He stands positioned in a manner similar to a famous
ancient Egyptian relief of the goddess Isis:
In the Illuminati religions, Isis and goddess worship is crucial.
Going back centuries, the goddess Isis has been revered in many
different by cultures by different names. And performances were a key
way of worshiping these fallen angelic or demonic beings:
In all cities of the ancient world were temples for
public worship and offering. In every community also were philosophers
and mystics, deeply versed in Nature’s lore. These individuals were
usually banded together, forming seclusive philosophic and religious
schools. The more important of these groups were known as the Mysteries.
Many of the great minds of antiquity were initiated into these secret
fraternities by strange and mysterious rites, some of which were
extremely cruel. Alexander Wilder defines the Mysteries as “Sacred dramas performed at stated periods. The
most celebrated were those of Isis, Sabazius, Cybele, and Eleusis.”
After being admitted, the initiates were instructed in the secret wisdom
which had been preserved for ages. Plato, an initiate of one of these
sacred orders, was severely criticized because in his writings he
revealed to the public many of the secret philosophic principles of the
Mysteries.
Every pagan nation had (and has) not only its state religion, but
another into which the philosophic elect alone have gained entrance.
Many of these ancient cults vanished from the earth without revealing
their secrets, but a few have survived the test of ages and their
mysterious symbols are still preserved. Much of the ritualism of
Freemasonry is based on the trials to which candidates were subjected by
the ancient hierophants before the keys of wisdom were entrusted to

Historians note that Isis is just another name for Semiramis, the
wife of the Babylonian King Nimrod, founder of the city of Babylon, the
leader of the Tower of Babel rebellion and promoter of the mystery
religions after the flood of Genesis Chapter 6. Nimrod was the first
murderer and conqueror after the flood recorded in the Bible. His name
which means “let us rebel” was indicative of his nature as he sought to
build a tower that could reach Heaven. Once again, accessing the
Heavenly realm without God is always the goal of those minions of Satan
at the highest levels. After their death both Nimrod and his wife were
deified among the many nations they conquered. In Egypt, Nimrod was
Osiris. Bible scholar Peter Goodgame, in his online book,
“The Giza Discovery” explains:
“Nimrod was known in Egypt as King Narmer, who was later deified as the god Osiris, the Lord of the Underworld.” (source)
The significance of this is that once again the Bible addresses these
pagan “gods” and their religions. Isis, who was later known as “the
Queen of Heaven” is mentioned again later in the book of Jeremiah after
many of the Israelites started to worship her:
Seest thou not what they do in the cities of Judah and in
the streets of Jerusalem? 18 The children gather wood, and the fathers
kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven,
and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke
me to anger. 19 Do they provoke me to anger? saith the LORD: do they not
provoke themselves to the confusion of their own faces? — Jeremiah
7:17-19.
The worship of the dead, fallen angels and demons is an abomination.
But Satan has taken this sinful practice as part of his seduction of
humanity. And through videos and concerts, sacred dramas are still being
practiced today, whether the artist is aware of it or not.
Kanye also wears a necklace with the symbol for Horus, the son of
Osiris/Nimrod who was believed to be the reincarnation of his dead
father. The All-Seeing Eye, one of the most well-known occult symbols,
is known as the All-Seeing Eye of Horus, the resurrected god. Taamuz,
the son of Nimrod, was also deified in the Bible. Some of the ancient
Israelites in the Bible worshiped him when they were again falling into
sin in the book of Ezekiel:
Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the
ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the
chambers of his imagery? for they say, the LORD seeth us not; the LORD
hath forsaken the earth. He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and
thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. Then he brought me
to the door of the gate of the LORD’s house which was toward the north;
and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz. — Ezekiel 8:12-14.
The Bible again instead of ignoring or being a spin off of these
mystery religions, condemns them. And the false god Tammuz is called out
by name (note that the “weeping for Tammuz” which lasted for 40 days is
still practiced today as
the Roman Catholic holiday of Lent).
Again, we see the cycle of sin in the heart of a person. It can
embolden someone in rebellion to the point that Israelite women were
even in the temple of God worshiping a false god.
The Sword of Damocles
Above Kanye’s head is a sword which is a reference to the tale of the
sword of Damocles, a fable from ancient Roman history about a man who
trades places with King Dionysus to live as “King for a day” while on
the throne, the courtier gets to enjoy the immense wealth, pleasures and
hedonistic life of a king but always has a sword hanging by a horse’s
hair over his head to reflect the fact that the king is always in
danger. The obvious message here is that Kanye is “the King.”
As Above So Below
‘As Above, So Below’ represents the fusion of opposites.
In this wider shot we see more of the fusion of opposites as there
are certain women who are right side up with others upside down. This
again is commonly used symbolism of the “duality” or “fusion” of the
heavenly and spiritual realm. Eliphas Levi, a Freemason, occultist and
one of the main contributors to the practice of Kabbalah, is the author
of the infamous Baphomet drawing. But here is another famous drawing he
made illustrating this concept:

Notice this being represents opposites. It is part human, part beast.
One hand points up, the other down. It is has the moon with light on
one side and a dark, eclipsed moon on the other. It has both male and
female parts (again referencing the ‘sons of God and the daughters of
men’). All of this represents the union of Heaven and Earth, god and
man, in one being. Levi also made a lesser known drawing that reflects
the same concept. Like the image from Kanye’s video the idea of fusion
of opposites is fully represented.

The Initiation
Two angelic beings raise their swords over Kanye for him to die to be
“reborn” as the god-man. This is represented freemasonry by the first
degree initiation where the initiate must sit in a coffin symbolizing
their death and rebirth.
The shape of the image also fits in the shape of Freemasonry’s main
symbols of the compass and square (which also represent the fusion of
opposites).
The square and compass represent the male and female union of opposites.
For those who think this may be “reading too much” into things or
that “this is just a music video!” look at the recent commercial done by
Marco Brambilla, the ‘Power’ video director, that currently airs on
Australian TV and features Kanye West. It is chock full of Illuminati
symbolism. From the opening seconds of the video, there is a depiction
of hell with an image of Jesus on the cross, dead in the lower right
hand corner.
And again Kanye is depicted between the Masonic pillars. On the steps
are hip hop icons Biggie Smalls and Tupac, who apparently died too
early before making the full initiation. However Kanye is illuminated
and one step from Heaven, as the god-man. The message is clear: the ad
is against Jesus and for humanity attaining godhood on their own.
Runaway
The angel falls from Heaven just as Lucifer does in the Bible.
Kanye’s video for
Runaway continued the same level of
symbolism. The video, which was actually a 34-minute film, is centered
on the story of an angel literally falling from Heaven, whom Kanye then
meets and falls in love with.
“It’s the story of a phoenix fallen to Earth, and I make
her my girlfriend, and people discriminate against her and eventually
she has to burn herself alive and go back to her world,” he told us.
“I’ve been feeling the idea of the phoenix. It’s been in my heart for a

one of these birds was supposed to live at a time, with its home in the

Phoenix is generally regarded as representing immortality and

Notice the reference to "frankincense and myrrh" the same items
brought by the Wise Men to Jesus as a baby as gifts to the Messiah who
would be a priest for His people (hence the frankincense) but also
suffer death (hence the myrrh, which was used as part of funeral
dressing of the dead). But instead of this being a reference to Jesus,
it is a reference to the False Messiah, the Antichrist.
The Antichrist, the satanically empowered seed of Satan, will be the
global ruler over the world in the final years before the Second Coming
of Christ. And he is the figure that the Illuminati, the order of fallen
angels, demons are awaiting because at the time of his arrival, known
as the Day of The Lord or Great Tribulation in Scripture, these beings
will once again return to Earth and occult power will be at its peak.
The Bible says the Antichrist will not only ruler over the nations of
the world but that he will have supernatural power:
And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the
beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the
beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a
mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto
him to continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in
blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and
them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with
the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all
kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth
shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of
the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. - Revelation 13:4-8.
The Antichrist will appear to be invincible. He will be a leader the
world wants and worships. But what truly makes him appear to be divine
is that he will die and come back from the dead:
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. -Revelation 13:3.
"All symbols have their origin in something tangible, and
the Phoenix is one sign of the secret orders of the ancient world, and
of the initiate of those orders, for it was common to refer to one who

Most occultists believe that the Phoenix is a symbol of Lucifer who was
cast down in flames and who they think will one day rise triumphant.
This, of course, also relates to the rising of Hiram Abiff, the Masonic

The Antichrist is going to recover from a mortal wound and this
“resurrection” will be a part of the Great Delusion the Earth will
experience: as they will believe that Satan’s servant is Christ and God.
And it is after returning from death that he will declare that he is
god. Humanity will see him as the key to immortality and godhood. The
fallen angels, kicked out of Heaven for good, along with the angels who
are locked in the bottomless pit will be released to support the
Antichrist’s kingdom. Except for those who come to believe in Jesus
Christ as their Savior, the rest of the entire planet will be tricked.
And this is the symbolism promoted in the video for runaway. Do not be
deceived.
Kanye befriending the Fallen angel.
Soon the fallen angel performs a seductive dance upon hearing Kanye’
is falling in love (again we see the recurring theme of Genesis 6 and
angel/human illicit relations).
During this scene Kanye’s song, “Devil In A New Dress” plays in the background. Here are some of the lyrics:

Worshiping of the stars, which are symbolic for angels, is forbidden
in the Bible. The song then proceeds to praise the devil and urge
fornication with blatant disrespect to God and Christianity.
Here is the fallen angel, now “resurrected” back in its glory.
The Phoenix resurrects from the ashes.
“Morals and Dogma”, one of the principle books on Freemasonic
philosophy and occult mysteries has a double headed phoenix on the
cover, with the heads facing in opposite directions but in one body,
again representing the fusion of opposites and the occult rebirth that
leads to immortality.
In the entire book of Morals and Dogma, Pike never explains this
great secret. Neither does Manly Hall in his writings. But now the word
is out. As Manly Hall writes regarding the mystery of the phoenix:
“The phoenix is the most celebrated of all the symbolic creatures fabricated by the ancient Mysteries for the purpose of concealing the great truths of esoteric philosophy.” – Secret Teachings of All Ages, p. 89-90.

Watch the Throne — The Quest to Be God
The album cover above captures all of the symbolism once again. The
steps of illumination, the pillars on either side of throne and then a
seat with the double headed phoenix on it. The album’s lyrics are full
of odes to all things high-fashion, high society and high wealth. The
rappers continuously brag about their expensive possessions and lavish
lifestyles. By their account, they are on top of the world. But success
in this world never comes for free. Satan always requires a price. Even
when he offered Jesus a “deal with the devil”:
And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain,
shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And
the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory
of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give
it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it
is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt
thou serve. — Luke 4:5-8.
Jesus, during the time of His temptation in the “in the wild”, was
shown most likely by supernatural means the kingdoms of the world which
Satan explained had been “delivered” to him. For the time being Satan
has been given limited authority in this world and can offer material
success to those who serve him. And Kanye relishes in all the material
success he has achieved to the point that he has no respect for any
authority. Jay-Z (who will also be covered in a forthcoming article
“Decoding Jay-Z”) says in their song,
No Church In The Wild:
Jesus was a carpenter, Yeezy [Kanye], laid beats
Hova flow the Holy Ghost, get the hell up out your seats

Once again these artists continue to bring their lyrics back to
Christianity and attacking Jesus. Here Jesus is called “a carpenter”
(ignoring that in Christianity He is the Son of God) and equates His
work with Kanye’s music production (or implies that Kanye is doing
greater things). Jay-Z then compares Himself to the Holy Ghost. This is
the end result of the sin cycle, when outright blasphemy is embraced.
And the fans of these artists, who hang on every new song release,
repeat these songs and their blasphemous words over and over again,
filling themselves with Satanic influence and removing God’s. Are you
one of them?
The song’s hook, sung by satanic rap group’s Odd Future’s Frank Ocean then states:
What’s a mob to a king?
What’s a king to a god?
What’s a god to a non-believer?
Who don’t believe in anything?
The point is that in the jungle or high competition, big money
entertainment, there is no church. There is no time for the Bible and
God’s ways. Kanye confirms this is in his verse:
We formed a new religion
No sins as long as there’s permission’

Most recently, Kanye also worked in a video
to launch 25 Magazine.
In the video (which will not be linked to as it has nudity and very
disturbing images), which is full of Satanic symbolism, Kanye recites
lines from the book
Dante’s Inferno:
“Through me, the way into the suffering city,
Through me, the way to everlasting pain,
Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.”
This passage is found in
Canto III: the Gates of Hell. The
video then goes to a series of images, including a naked woman, with her
arms outstretched as if she is on a cross, wearing a crown of thorns,
in clear mockery of the crucifixion, sado-masochistic fetish photos and
other extremely disturbing images.
This Baphomet-inspired image is flashed for a brief moment.
As explained in our article on the satanic influence of
Tyler the Creator and Odd Future,
society has to be conditioned to disrespect God, the Bible and Jesus
Christ as part of the preparation for the Antichrist. He will be the
ultimate blasphemer against God. But he will reveal his true intentions
and declare himself god and demand worship under penalty of death. And
although this generation may not live to see that come to pass the
stakes today are no different. There is a war taking place and the prize
is the souls of humanity. Satan and his minions are influencing society
to reject God and a chance for salvation in favor of sinful pleasures
and the occult. Their spirit is influencing pop culture to spread this
to the masses. And many in society are running, not walking, to join
in. Do not be deceived. There is no middle ground.
[Protect] thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are
the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse
lips put far from thee. – Proverbs 4:23-24.
Rather than thinking
“I know the truth about this music, so it won’t affect me” know the real truth – you are already affected. We have
all fallen into sin.
Without Jesus Christ, you are still in Satan’s plan because you are not
going to Heaven. You do not have God’s Holy Spirit indwelling you. But
that is why Jesus came to Earth and lives today. He is the true ladder
between Heaven and Earth. He is the way to Oneness. And most
importantly,
He is the way to forgiveness of sins.
Jesus did not come to the world to show off. He did not come to boast
and flaunt His “talents” over others (something entertainers do
constantly to make their fans want to emulate them). He was humble and
meek and came to Earth to give Himself for all people. By taking the
punishment of crucifixion on the cross, He was able to pay for the sins
of humanity. The book of Isaiah states:
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised
for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and
with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we
have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the
iniquity of us all.- Isaiah 53:5-6.
This is what the real God has done for you. Because He loves you. And
just as Jesus rose from the dead, so can any person be made alive
eternally by believing in Jesus Christ, the Son of God for the
forgiveness of their sins. Let’s hope Kanye goes back to his roots and remembers this.
Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “Watch The Throne” Album Cover: Occult Symbolism?
Baroque art or subtle occult imagery?
Jay-Z and Kanye West released their much-anticipated album “Watch The
Throne” and although we are often told not judge a book by its cover,
there seems like there may be some disturbing occult symbolism on the
cover of their album. Are the 4 images in the middle of each side of
the square illustration the shape of the goat-headed Baphomet? Blogs
and message boards are already buzzing questioning if that is the case
and why it would be there.
Background On Symbolism
Manly P. Hall, one of the foremost celebrated Freemason philosophers and an expert on the occult wrote this of esoteric symbols:
“Symbolism is the language of the Mysteries; in fact it
is the language not only of mysticism and philosophy but of all Nature,
for every law and power active in universal procedure is manifested to
the limited sense perceptions of man through the medium of symbol. Every
form existing in the diversified sphere of being is symbolic of the
divine activity by which it is produced. By symbols men have ever sought
to communicate to each other those thoughts which transcend the
limitations of language.
Rejecting man-conceived dialects as inadequate and unworthy to
perpetuate divine ideas, the Mysteries thus chose symbolism as a far
more ingenious and ideal method of preserving their transcendental
knowledge. In a single figure a symbol may both reveal and conceal, for
to the wise the subject of the symbol is obvious, while to the ignorant
the figure remains inscrutable. Hence, he who seeks to unveil the secret
doctrine of antiquity must search for that doctrine not upon the open
pages of books which might fall into the hands of the unworthy but in
the place where it was originally concealed.” Secret Teachings of All
Ages p. 38
In the occult world, symbols are a language unto themselves. The
“secret doctrine” of ancient times were hidden for those “in the know”
through symbols and signs. As Hall continues:
“Today men gaze with awe and reverence upon the mighty
Memnons standing alone on the sands of Egypt, or upon the strange
terraced pyramids of Palanque. Mute testimonies these are of the lost
arts and sciences of antiquity; and concealed this wisdom must remain
until this race has learned to read the universal language–SYMBOLISM”
Which brings us to the symbol that is in question on the cover of “Watch the Throne” and that is one of Baphomet.
The Baphomet is a mystical figure known in many esoteric and occult
circles. A creature with a goats head, androgynous human body and a
phallus that is actually the caduceus often linked with the symbol for
the medical profession. This figure is claimed to have several different
purposes, dating back to the times of the Knights Templar and the
Crusades in the 11th century, all the way to the Church of Satan today.
The Baphomet is said to symbolize the “union of opposites.” As
represented in the image above, drawn by black magic practitioner
Eliphas Levi (whose name is on the bottom), there is the image of a
light moon and a dark moon. The positioning of its hands are also in
opposite directions representing the motto “as above, so below.” All
these sayings and symbols point to the what is known as the “Secret
doctrine” which is the union of the gods with humanity. The fusion of
the “sacred feminine” and the masculine is nothing more than the desire
on the part of occultists for the return of the “gods” to Earth to once
again mate with human women, a topic covered in great detail in
our article on the Nephilim of Genesis Chapter 6
of the Bible. This ancient secret could not be discussed and has been
passed on through symbols for centuries. The Baphomet thus became seen
as a “Father of wisdom” and liberator of the spirit to those who were
initiated.
Anton LaVey, founder of the church of Satan, provides a very succinct explanation (as cited on an
excellent blog explaining Baphomet in detail):
“The symbol of Baphomet was used by the Knights Templar
to represent Satan. Through the ages this symbol has been called by many
different names. Among these are: The Goat of Mendes, The Goat of a
Thousand Young, The Black Goat, The Judas Goat, and perhaps the most
appropriately, The Scapegoat.
Baphomet represents the Powers of Darkness combined with the
generative fertility of the goat. In its “pure” form the pentagram is
shown encompassing the figure of a man in the five points of the star –
three points up, two pointing down – symbolizing man’s spiritual nature.
In Satanism the pentagram is also used, but since Satanism represents
the carnal instincts of man, or the opposite of spiritual nature, the
pentagram is inverted to perfectly accommodate the head of the goat –
its horns, representing duality, thrust upwards in defiance; the other
three points inverted, or the trinity denied.
What is the meaning of this? It holds several meanings but in it are
the keys to the “divine work” or “great mystery” of many esoteric
pursuits: man becoming god. By the fusion of opposites (dark and light,
male and female, etc.) man can seek godhood. This was the true goal of
alchemy practitioners centuries ago. The idea of changing “lead to gold”
was just a metaphor for the pursuit of godhood and immortality. Hence
Baphomet having the phrases “solve” and “coagula” on its arms, which is
the motto of alchemy – namely, dissolving and reforming into a new,
greater being. And that is done by the return of the ancient “gods” or
fallen angelic beings, to Earth. All of these references of “opposites”
are really alluding to the desire for the occultist to join with spirit
beings from the angelic realm. And that union is the “secret teaching.”
The Baphomet symbol has become more used in pop culture. Here is another example:

This would not be the first time that subtle imagery has been used by

Interestingly, Luciferian and occultist
Aleister Crowley
also referred to himself as “Baphomet.” One of Crowley’s main goal’s
was to promote revolution against any moral or religious values in
society. His tome, The Book of The Law, and its precepts have been an
inspiration to famous musicians for decades. Whether it is
Led Zeppelin,
The Beatles or
Ozzy Osbourne, Crowley’s influence and mantra “
Do what thou wilt, shall be the whole of the law”
seem to be frequently present. The phrase is an instruction to pursue
whatever lusts, vices or pleasures you desire, with no regard for
morality. And it also carried the double meaning of controlling one’s
destiny and success through the power of “will”, which one with esoteric
knowledge could be capable of accomplishing.
With respect to Christianity, Crowley stated:
That religion they call Christianity; the devil they
honor they call God. I accept these definitions, as a poet must do, if
he is to be at all intelligible to his age, and it is their God and
their religion that I hate and will destroy” (Crowley, The World’s
Tragedy, p. xxx).

Conclusion
While it could be coincidence that the images on the album cover bear
a resemblance to Baphomet, it would not be a surprise if it was not
coincidence based on the past imagery used in photos and videos by these
two artists. Artists are free to use whatever images or messages they
desire to express themselves. That is the part of the beauty and freedom
of art. But the viewer of art also has the freedom to use discernment
in interpretation and understand the spiritual nature behind it. And as
always, Christians, true followers of Christ Jesus The Lord, should be
on guard against any type of spiritual deception or anything that
glorifies other gods:
“..what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?” – 2 Corinthians 6:14
“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.” Ephesians 5:11.
J. Cole’s Born Sinner Album – Satanic Symbolism And A False Gospel
J. Cole says his new album cover has no spiritual meaning.
Rapper J. Cole continued the trend in pop culture of using satanic
and occult imagery for his new album entitled “Born Sinner.” Cole, a
protégé of Jay-Z, one of the biggest promoters of occult imagery and
anti-Christian lyrics in entertainment today, is part of a growing
number of entertainers who seek to normalize mocking Biblical themes
while promoting sinful rebellion to society.
The New Album
“It’s not necessarily a church theme and it’s not really
about church. I like my album themes to be metaphors because it gives me
the freedom to speak about something else that’s going on in my life,
so the Born Sinner thing is not about church, it’s not even about
religion. It’s using that as canvas to get other messages across and
that’s what the album will be.” – J. Cole. (source).
The artwork for Cole’s album employs symbolism that belies his own
statements about the album. In the artwork above a man (J. Cole? Satan?)
with devil horns has a crown resting over his head. Here is more
artwork used for
Born Sinner.
“..for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?” –
2 Corinthians 6:14.
The “Born Sinner” logo is the shape of the Devil’s head. Cole is also
holding a skull, an occult symbol, along with wearing what rappers call
a “Jesus piece” – a necklace with a pendant of a distorted image of
what is supposed to be the head of Jesus, on it, is somehow supposed to
convey J. Cole’s being both good and evil. Scripture provides one of
the reasons the symbol of the skull is so revered in the occult:
And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull,
which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: Where they crucified him, and
two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst. – John 19:17-18.
The “place of the skull” is the name of the location where Jesus was
crucified, what Satan and his fallen angelic army thought was their
greatest victory (not knowing that Christ would rise from the dead three
days later, winning salvation for all people who believe in Him).
In the occult the skull is often explained as a symbol of passing
from death to life or from ignorance to “enlightenment.” 33rd degree
Freemason, Albert Pike, considered one of the greatest and most
influential Freemasons of all time, wrote:
“The Skull and cross bones are a continual reminder
that the spiritual nature obtains liberation only after the
philosophical death of man’s sensuous personality.” —Albert Pike (1809 – 1891),
Ascending the various degrees and occult rites in Freemasonry other
esoteric societies is how the initiate moves from “mere mortal” to
godhood. And the skull symbolizes this. In the Skull and Bones secret
society at Yale University, it is their main emblem:

The skull and bones symbol is all the rage in fashion today.
Cole started his career by specifically targeting rap mogul Jay-Z and
pressing him for a record deal.
And his chance soon came. And with his entry into rap stardom under
Jay-Z’s mentorship, his music soon took on a spiritual tone.

The only purpose of church is to attend funerals ( as opposed to
actually worshiping God) but Satan is held up as a standard of
comparison (
“I’m hot like Satan..”). And Cole then brags that
his reputation is so great he is even known in hell. Again, how can one
say this music has no spiritual message?
Esoteric symbols have become commonplace in pop music today.

While paying lip service to ‘God’ (the God of the Bible? The Sun God?
Sirius?) Cole then elaborates on his sinful desires and Satan following
behind him as he pursues a life of money, drugs, alcohol and women. On
this mix tape he also used a symbol to represent this duality:
The symbol is the devil figure with the halo over its head. The
concept of duality, or an equal balance good and evil in every person,
is a New Age idea. It is a means to remove any guilt about sin and
accept rebellion against Godly principles as a normal part of human
life. Madame H.P. Blavatsky, one of the founding figures of the New Age
Movement, and an open Luciferian, emphasized this in her book
The Secret Doctrine
(a book which she claimed to have written via “automatic writing”, a
process where a person writes under direct possession of a demonic
spirit). In it she writes:
“Esoteric philosophy shows that man is truly the manifested deity in both its aspects – good and evil.” (H.P. Blavatsky, The Secret Doctrine, p. 515)
The concept of duality runs contrary to the Bible. While mankind is
indeed described as being sinners and not seeking God, this was not how
humanity was intended to live. God from the beginning
“divided the light from the darkness.” (
Genesis 1:4).
In the Garden of Eden, Adam, made in God’s image, was meant to live
in paradise for eternity with God, with no sin, no curse and no death.
But it was Satan’s deceptive temptation of Eve to disobey God that
changed. God had given Adam authority over the Earth and all its
creatures. He had free access to all of the trees in the Garden, except
for one: the Tree of
The Knowledge of Good and Evil. So
the first sin had its root in this same “balance” that the New Age
loves. Having duality is the one thing God warned mankind to stay away
from:
“And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the
garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. And the LORD God commanded
the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat
of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” – Genesis 2:15-17.
God’s Word was clear – the tree that could introduce “good and evil”
into one’s life would lead to certain death. And this is precisely what
Satan used to lure humanity into sin and damnation. Satan had already
chosen to sin, by leading an angelic rebellion against God. Now in his
evil state, he sought to corrupt God’s newest creation through lies and
attacking their faith in The Lord:
“Now the serpent was more [subtle] than any beast of the
field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath
God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman
said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the
garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the
garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch
it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not
surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your
eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” – Genesis 3:1-5.
The exact thing that God said would bring death is what the Devil
used to tempt Eve by saying it would actually make her “as a god.” In
Satan’s deception being both good and evil was a way to enlightenment
and deification. This was the “secret doctrine” and Eve fell right into
the trap. Thousands of years later Satan uses the same deception on
humanity, fooling society into thinking that though they have obvious
sin and know it, the “good” in them can balance it out and thus they
have no reason to worry about their eternal fate or God’s judgment.
Madame H.P. Blavatsky taught that a person can become a “god” by mastering the good and evil within them.
Blavatsky fully embraced this concept writing:
“[E]soteric philosophy shows that man is truly the
manifested deity in both its aspects – good and evil.”[8] Since mankind
is god, it follows through the “law of spiritual development” that
“mankind will become freed from its false gods, and find itself finally –
SELF-REDEEMED.” (The Secret Doctrine, p. 420).
According to Blavatsky, once man realize the good and evil in him, he
can ascend to godhood and be “self-redeemed.” This is Satan’s agenda-
to get people to not worry or have concern about their sin or the need
for a Savior. The New Age continually preaches the message that a
person has to only look to themselves for redemption or “spiritual
awakening.” But the Bible says we are to repent and look to Jesus
Christ.
Following her corrupted line of reasoning, Blavatsky also concluded
that rather than being truly evil, Satan was the “savior of humanity”:
“Satan and his rebellious host would thus prove, when the
meaning of the allegory is explained, to have refused to create
physical man, only to become the direct Saviours and the Creators of
‘divine Man.’.. Satan will now be shown, in the teaching of the Secret
Doctrine, allegorized as Good, and Sacrifice, a God of Wisdom, under
different names.”[15] Blavatsky added, “In this case it is but natural –
even from the dead letter standpoint – to view Satan, the Serpent of
Genesis, as the real creator and benefactor, the Father of Spiritual
mankind. For it is he who was the ‘Harbinger of Light,’ bright radiant
Lucifer, who opened the eyes of the automaton created by Jehovah, as
alleged; and he who was the first to whisper: ‘in the day ye eat thereof
ye shall be as Elohim, knowing good and evil’ – can only be regarded in
the light of a Saviour. “ (The Secret Doctrine, p. 243).
Blavatsky took Satan’s deception of Eve directly from the Bible and
praised it as a good moment in history. J. Cole in his new album also
references this exact same account from Scripture. Here are some of the
lyrics from his song “Forbidden Fruit”:

Once again, as is the case with his mentors Jay-Z and Kanye West, a
rapper makes blatant disrespectful references to the Bible in his
lyrics. Here Cole puts himself in the place of Satan in the Garden of
Eden, tempting Eve to eat from the “forbidden fruit.” What spirit is
leading his music? If someone is supposedly a believer in God, why would
they so blasphemously make a song playing the role of Satan in the
story from Scripture that is the start of all the evil and sin in the
world? It is not the Spirit of the God of the Bible. The Lord calls His
believers to be “holy” which means separate, from the sinful world.
Rather than promote duality, the Bible commands true Christians to have
no part with the glorification of evil, demonic forces or the occult:
“Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness?
and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath
Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an
infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.” – 2 Corinthians 6:13-17.
A satanic hand sign is also featured in the album artwork.
The fact of the matter is that Satan’s “promise” was a lie. Adam and
Eve never became “gods.” Instead, they were shamed, caught by the true
God of the Bible and banished from the Garden of Eden. They suffered
spiritual death by losing their direct fellowship and interaction with
God. And in their exile, separated from the Tree of Life (which they
were permitted to eat from and live forever) they introduced pain,
suffering and death into the world. The Bible says:
“Wherefore,
as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so
death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned..” (
Romans 5:12).
Because of Adam’s sin, humanity’s nature was corrupted and the curse of
death passed onto to all people as we are all Adam’s descendants. And
the only way to escape this certain death and punishment for our sins is
not “self-redemption” or “secret knowledge”, it’s through Jesus Christ.
It is through faith in Christ, who took the punishment for sin on the
cross, as a sacrifice for the world, that a person can receive
free forgiveness for their sins and eternal life.
This is the message that Satan does not want the world to hear. The Apostle Paul wrote:
“But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not
walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by
manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s
conscience in the sight of God. But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to
them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” – 2 Corinthians 4:2-3.
Rather than use trickery with God’s Word, the Apostles of Jesus
Christ, preach it openly and honestly. And Paul continues by saying that
if the Gospel is hidden to anyone, it is only because they have been
blinded by Satan, the present
“god of this world” (referring
to Satan’s temporary authority in this corrupted era of humanity) who
has blinded unsaved people from seeing the truth of the Bible. And even
from a “conscious rapper” like J. Cole, he has no problem extolling his
lustful desires for women and money, using foul language and promoting
sin. But for an artist like J. Cole who is supposedly both “good and
evil” where is any promotion of the Gospel? Where are positive
statements about Jesus Christ and praising faith in God? Where are the
lyrics that say we have all sinned and need God’s forgiveness? Or
pointing people to the Bible? None are ever stated – but this subtle
deception goes completely unnoticed by the millions of fans who accept
the image and message promoted by the artists with no questioning.
Though labeled a “positive” rapper, J. Cole consistently promotes the love of money and sinful rebellion.
Satan will literally use “any means” to corrupt and deceive people.
And certainly wealth, fame and sinful pleasure has seduced many
well-meaning aspiring artists to become tools of the music industry
spreading a message of sinful rebellion in exchange for a record deal.
And their unwitting fans pay for music that pumps that music into their
hearts and minds, blinding themselves in the process with a false Gospel
of “live for yourself!”, “make money” or “you are god.”
Cole makes this message clear later in the song
Forbidden Fruit:
Don’t s— last, and you know that
Went to hell, got hot didn’t melt
The only man above me is God himself
All these other niggas is below me
Word to Phife, Q-Tip, Ali, and Jarobi
Here Cole again brags about his credentials in Hell as he went and
“didn’t melt.” And while it might appear that he is praising God in the
next verse, he subtly acknowledges which “God” following that. He
concludes this section by saying “Word to Phife, Q-tip, Ali and Jarobi”
the four members of rap group A Tribe Called Quest. Tribe Called Quest
got their start in the 1980s as part of a collective called Native
Tongues. These artists all embraced Afrocentric spiritual beliefs known
as Five Percenter Theology, Nation of Gods And Earth and Nuwaubianism.
According to Wikipedia:
“The Nation of Gods and Earths teaches that black people
are the original people of the planet Earth, and therefore they are the
fathers (Gods) and mothers (Earths) of civilization.[1] The Nation
teaches that the science of Supreme Mathematics is the key to
understanding humankind’s relationship to the universe. The Nation does
not believe in a traditional God but instead teaches that the Asiatic
Blackman is God [sic] and his proper name is Allah, an acronym for Arm,
Leg, Leg, Arm, Head.” (source).
“Rappers like Busta Rhymes, Wu Tang Clan, Rakim, Nas and a Tribe Called
Quest have all proscribed to the teachings and spread the message in
their music and songs.” (Seth Ferranti, Street Legends, Vol. 1).
So in very subtle reference, Cole gives a nod to five percenter
theology, which teaches that man, and specifically the Black man, is
god, going back to the same deception from the Garden of Eden. Jay-Z,
Cole’s mentor has also been connected to five percenter theology. Five
percenters often address one another with the greeting “Peace god”, a
phrase Jay-Z used in the verse of his song
“Run This Town.” As e detailed in
our article on Kanye West,
Jay-Z has also taken on the name of God, Jehovah, as his own nickname,
calling himself “Jay-Hova.” And here is a shirt he made for his Rocawear
line:

Additionally Kanye West, also a protégé of Jay-Z,
called his newest album Yeezus,
a nickname he created for himself and appeared on the cover of Rolling
Stone magazine made up to resemble Jesus Christ on the cross. The
consistent spiritual message is man’s ability to become god. So it
should be no surprise that Cole has now embraced the concept as well.

Villuminati, (the rapper’s “response” to rumors about him being a member of a secret society):

Kanye West and J. Cole, releasing their albums on the same day, both mock Bible Scripture.
A person does not have to openly acknowledge Satan to have him
“steering” the wheel of their life. Living in sinful rebellion, denying
God and refusing to believe in His Gospel are all it takes to die in
your own sin and spend eternity in Hell and the Lake of Fire. The same
delusion occurs when one sees themselves as a “god” or “balanced with
good and evil.” In both cases, the individual does not see the need to
repent of their sin and thus they are still guilty before God. And this
is precisely what the Devil has wanted since the first two people were
created. Do not be deceived.
Are We Really Born Sinners?
Rapper Biggie Smalls who coined the phrase “Born sinner.” (Notice the emblem on his jacket).
“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one..” – Romans 3:10.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” – Romans 3:23.
“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” – Isaiah 1:18.
J. Cole does make a valid point – because of the sin of Adam and Eve
in the Garden, all people are born with a sin nature, inherited because
of the fall of humanity. And all people sin throughout their lives and
have thus earned God’s wrath and rightful judgment against them. That is
the bad news, but it is not the end of the story. The good news is that
God, in His love and His mercy, made a plan to redeem humanity and have
our sins pardoned. And it was through Jesus Christ, who not a “born
sinner.” He became human to be the one person “born sinless” and lived a
sinless life. All to be a willing, perfect sacrifice to atone for the
sins of humanity.
Romans chapter 5 says: “
For
if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which
receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign
in life by one, Jesus Christ.) Therefore as by the offence of one
judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness
of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.”
Just as Adam brought sin into the world, Jesus Christ, the Last Adam,
brought forgiveness and redemption into the world through His death on
the cross and resurrection. Just as Adam passed on sin, Jesus passes on
His perfect, sinless life to those who believe in Him. And that is
received through the new Spirit that God puts in everyone who believes,
hence the term being “born again.” In this spiritual rebirth, a person
goes from being a born sinner to being “born sinless.” In God’s eyes, a
born again believer is now innocent, with their sins justly forgiven,
and receives a new spirit, born of God, that seeks to please God rather
than disobey.
2 Corinthians 5 says:
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
Rather than send humanity on a quest for secret knowledge, God sent His
Son, to do all the work to make peace between humanity and The Lord.
Jesus Christ said:
“For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” (
John 3:17). All sins, past, present and future
can be forgiven
when a person puts their faith and trust in Jesus Christ. If someone is
both good and evil, they are all evil in God’s eyes. But thanks to
Jesus Christ, a person can be
born again, declared sinless before God and
have eternal life.
“Lucius” Video Game Lets You Be The Antichrist
In the Lucius video game, you play the son of Satan. The Biblical Antichrist.
A new video game entitled Lucius allows you to play the role of the
main character, a young boy who finds out on his 6th birthday that he is
the Antichrist – the satanically-empowered false Messiah who will rule
the world for 3 ½ years before the Second Coming of Christ. The game,
filled with violence, murder and demonic powers, is yet another tool
that is preparing society for the eventual arrival of the prophesied
Antichrist from Bible Scripture.
Here is the summary of the game from the maker’s website:
Lucius is the son of the devil who has to clear the
mansion of its residents. To do this he must orchestrate “accidents”
without anyone suspecting him of any foul play. The player starts as
Lucius and must cleverly devise these incidents from simple household
items. Every time he succeeds he will gain supernatural powers to help
him take full control.
He was born on the 6th of June in 1966 and when he had lived his
sixth year on earth, he finally started to show signs of his true
origin. The mansion is full of unrevealed mysteries that paint a story
behind the family and how it became tangled with evil, but what is
already clear is that Lucifer had taken the soul of the boy and replaced
it with his own blood.
It’s up to you to see that he cannot be stopped… (source).

As can be seen, the game has no pretense – the main character is the
son of Satan, the Antichrist (his name being a thinly veiled twist on
Lucifer). The player in the game is the antichrist carrying out a series
of murders to provide souls to the Devil. Additionally there is a
reference to the black magic ritual used to bring forth his birth and
occult powers that the player obtains as the six-year-old Lucius kills
more people in service of Satan.
Beginning and End has done extensive coverage of the
promotion of Satanism, the occult and the Antichrist by pop culture and
the video game market is no exception. Many of the most popular video
games today are heavily promote senseless violence, murder and sexual
depravity. Gamers of all ages spend hours, sometimes per day, with their
minds completely enthralled in “alternate realities” where they are
super soldiers murdering relentlessly, wizards and witches summoning
demons and using all sorts of magic spells or gangsters, robbing and
killing people for “money” and points, using drugs while also
participating in sinful sexual acts. These games feed into the culture
of sinful rebellion against God in the same manner that music, movies
and television are doing on a larger scale. And the downward spiral of
rebellion against Godly principles and values has reached the point that
even a game that promotes the Antichrist as a hero is sold on the
market.
There is no mystery – Lucius is the son of Satan.
The Antichrist, also known as The Beast and The Son of Perdition in
the Bible, is the satanically-empowered, False Messiah who will rule
over the world via a global government in the final 3 and ½ years on
Earth before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. He will deceive the
world via a series of miracles and his apparent “resurrection” from the
dead and other awesome displays of power. But his real agenda will be
revealed: that he be worshiped as God. The Bible details his
aspirations:
“that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who
opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is
worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing
himself that he is God.” – 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4.
The world which had rejected the true God of the Bible will one day
worship this man of sin as god. How could this possibly happen? Why
would people do this? It will be a result of years and years of society
rejecting God, embracing sinful rebellion and using all manner of New
Age and occult methods in life. This process which the Bible calls
“the mystery of iniquity” is
at work today – it is planting the foundation for society one day
embrace the Antichrist. And moving society away from the Gospel of Jesus
Chris and the Bible is the first step to doing this. Thus a culture
that promotes rebellion, sex, violence and death is the easiest way to
for iniquity to work.
In the game, Lucius meets with Satan on his sixth birthday and
informed of his future as Antichrist. In order to obtain great black
magic powers, Lucius has to murder members of his household. Thus the
game has you play a s six-year-old boy who murders his own family
members in gruesome fashion in order to please the Devil. One review of
the game stated:
“The idea even sounds pretty damn cool. You’re the
son of Lucifer, you were born on dates that coincide with 666, and on
the evening of your sixth birthday you murder the maid by locking her in
the walk in freezer. That night your real father Lucifer reveals
himself to you, and says you must kill the people on the list he gives
you so he can harvest their souls. All the deaths are supposed to look
like accidents so no one can suspect you, there is also the option to do
chores for people to gain their trust. It is a wicked idea for a game,
and in the 2 hours I have played, I am looking forward to playing more.” (source).
6-year old Lucius kills his victims in graphic fashion.
But even this enthusiastic reviewer noted the emphasis on death in the game:
“I can see some controversy arising from this
game….For this game, it would be for putting the murderer as a six year
old child. Your character shows no mercy, no guilt as I have see so far,
he is just an ice cold child with an emotionless face.”
Jesus Christ said in addressing the wicked Pharisees, who were practicing their own mystery religion at the time:
“Ye
are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.
He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth,
because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of
his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” –
John 8:43-44.
Murder and deception are key traits of Satan. And this is being marketed to society.
Proverbs 8:36 says:
“But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.”
Violence in television, movies, music and video games has
fast-tracked society to be desensitized to death and destruction. In the
Lucius game, the murders are brutal and graphic. Other video games such
as Call of Duty or Halo involve killing literally thousands of
“enemies” in various ways, all being displayed in graphic, brutal
fashion with high-end video detail. Blood splatters, limbs are blown
off, heads are decapitated, at break neck speed and providing more
thrills and rewards for the gamer. Constantly bombarding the brain with
these images and a lust for death introduces more comfort with sin and
no regard for its consequences.
The Bible says a Christian is to guard their hearts and minds from sinful influence.
Proverbs 4:23 says:
“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” There are more principles on how a believer should protect their mind from influence:
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed
by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and
acceptable, and perfect, will of God. – Romans 12:2.
As opposed to jumping in full throttle into worldly entertainment, we
are commanded to be ‘transformed” by the renewing of the mind, which is
done through living for Jesus and following His Will (via Bible study,
prayer and Christian living). That is will line up a Christian’s life
with God’s Will.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever
things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are
pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good
report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on
these things. – Philippians 4:8
For I delight in the law of God after the
inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law
of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is
in my members. –
Romans 7:22-23.
All people have sinful natures residing in their mortal, physical
bodies. And that nature is at war for your mind, to make you give in to
sinful temptation. The constant feeding of the mind with violent,
occultic and sexual imagery, ideas and thrills that video games provide
only helps increase the influence of the flesh. And video game
addiction, something that effects many people every year, can lead to
disastrous and deadly affects in the lives of gamers. Here are some of
the gruesome examples:
In China a 13-year old boy committed suicide after
playing 36 hours of the wizard and magic game role playing game, World
of Warcraft. In the note he left his parents, he told them he wanted to
“join the heroes of the game he worshiped” and jumped off the roof of a
building taking his life. (source)
Man kills 17-month old over Xbox
After playing a six-hour session of military first person shooter
game Ghost Recon, a 27-year-old from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, killed
his 17-month old daughter after she knocked over the X-Box console he
was playing on.
Tyrone Spellman pummeled his baby daughter, cracking her skull
several times while her pregnant mother slept in the next room. He
blamed the murder on the fact that he did not have money to replace the
X-Box, which belonged to his brother, in the event it was broken. (

17-year old Ohio teenager Kills Parents Over Video Game
Daniel Petric, the “Halo Killer.”
17-year-old Ohio teenager shoots parents for refusing to let him play
the first person shooter game Halo 3. The year before, the young man,
Daniel Petric, suffered a staph infection that left him bedridden for
over 6 months. During this time, his friends introduced him to the X-Box
gaming system and he became obsessed with the first-person shooter
game
Halo-3, sometimes
playing as much as 18 hours per day.
Once healthy, Petric continued to play the game, but his parents forbade
it because of the game’s ultra-graphic content and sexual imagery.
Petric’s father, a pastor, went as far as to put the game in a lock box
where he kept his handgun.
Weeks after the punishment, Petric broke into the box, took the game
and the gun and went into the living room where his parents were
relaxing. Standing behind them he told them to close their eyes because
he had a “surprise for them” and proceeded to shoot both of his parents
in the head, killing his mother and severely wounding his father. He
then put the handgun in his father’s hand and fled once other family
members who were visiting that night showed up. When police caught
Petric driving his parent’s car, he had the Halo 3 video game sitting in
the passenger seat.
At trial Petric’s attorneys argued that his obsession with the
shooter video game led him to no longer see killing as a serious act.
Even the trial Judge admitted that video game may have warped his mind
to the point he did not know parents would really die if he shot them in
the head. Petric was eventually found guilty and is serving 23 years to
life. (

These are extreme cases and not do represent what the average video
game player is doing. But even for the more casual gamer, spending hours
each day focusing on killing and murder can bring ideas into the
imagination and subconscious that are clearly in rebellion against God.
And as the cycle of rebellion against The Lord continues, the gamer may
never carry out a violent act, but that is not Satan’s goal. His goal is
to get people to not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, so they can go
to hell. The true war taking place is for the souls of all people. This
is the deadliest and worst effect of immersing oneself and suspending
belief in death and “I am god” culture. Eternal death. Pop culture has
provided Satan a fast track into the hearts and minds of society to
bring his own deadly false gospel of Self to the masses.
The Lucius video game borrows a lot of its story from the movie “The Omen.”
In the movie,
The Omen, which much of the Lucius game is
based on, a couple adopts a young child not knowing that he is the
Antichrist. The boy then proceeds to murder people in their home who
stand in his way. The young boy in the film is named Damien Thorn. When
Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden, the punishment God inflicted upon
Adam was that the ground he worked on to raise crops would bear
“thorns and thistles.”
As the Israelites approached the Promised Land, which was inhabited by
Canaanite usurpers who had the half-angel hybrid Nephilim among them,
God warned His people that if they did not destroy all of the Canaanites
they would be
“thorns in your side.” In 2 Samuel 23, the satanic sons of Belial, who were occult priest and black magic practitioners were called
“thorns” by the Lord. The Apostle Paul was plagued by a demonic “messenger of Satan” that he called a
“thorn in the flesh.”
The thorn is symbolic of the curse of sin, rebellion and the Devil. So
again, pop culture is being very careful in how it is promoting its
message that is against God.
In discussing the dangers of false Gospel, the Apostle Paul wrote:
“But
I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his
subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is
in Christ.” –
2 Corinthians 11:3.
The Devil will use any means to deceive people, including video games,
to bring people from saving faith in Jesus Christ. And now he has even
found a way to openly promote his false Messiah by putting people in the
mind of the Antichrist.
The Beast – Master of Deception
Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with
all power and signs and lying wonders, with all deceivableness of
unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love
of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall
send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all
might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in
unrighteousness. – 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12.
The Antichrist will rely on deception, satanic black magic and
cunning to deceive the world into following him. And the preparation for
his arrival has begun already. The Apostle John wrote:
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have
heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists;
whereby we know that it is the last time…Who is a liar but he that
denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the
Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the
Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. – 1 John 2:18-23.
The spirit of the Antichrist is already operating in any people or
forces that promote the denial of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Forgetting the consequences of sin, becoming desensitized to violence
and evil opens the door for a rejection of Jesus Christ. The reader
should ask themselves, who is the god of their lives? It does not have
to be the devil. Satan wants you to think
you are god and in charge and answer to no one for your sinful acts. This is what John means above when he says
“even now are there many antichrists..”
The present antichrists are just a prelude and laying the groundwork
for the man who will be the Antichrist, who will implement a
Mark of the Beast system
that will mean guaranteed damnation for all who take it. All of the
lofty talk, praise and promises of immortality the Antichrist will
deceive society with will be the ultimate trap for their souls. And the
preparation for this starts in your heart and mind. Do not be deceived.
Jesus Christ calls people to acknowledge their sin but know that God,
the true God of the Bible, sent Jesus to Earth to willingly give His
life to take the punishment for the sins of the world. And this was all
done because of God’s love for us. The Apostle John continues in his
epistle writing:
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and
every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth
not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of
God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the
world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved
God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for
our sins. – 1 John 4:7-10.
Love, and Godly, unconditional love is the opposite of Satanic, death
culture. And it just takes faith and understanding the Gospel to be
eternally safe and secure from damnation and the clutches of the Devil.
There is no one who can “deliver” or “harvest” your soul. It is your
choice. And no matter what era a person is living in the choice between
Jesus and Antichrist always exists. Seek God, ask for
forgiveness of your sins and
believe upon Jesus Christ. Your eternal fate is not a game.
I
used to have a love affair with Halloween. In fact, you might have
called it an obsession. Even several years after I gave my heart to
Jesus, I still harbored a pretty decent crush on costume shops,
individually wrapped miniature candies, and “good” spookiness, all in
the name of fun.
