International evangelist, author, and spiritual advisor to U.S. President Donald Trump, Dr. Paula White-Cain, arrived in Uganda on Wednesday afternoon aboard a private jet ahead of the highly anticipated “Command the Future” Conference at Miracle Centre Cathedral, Rubaga.
The five-day conference, running from November 12 to 16, is hosted by Pastor Robert and Jessica Kayanja and is expected to attract faith leaders, innovators, and visionaries from over 30 nations under the theme, “Shaping the Next Generation Through Divine Wisdom, Leadership, and Innovation.”
Dr. White was warmly received at Entebbe International Airport by Pastor Robert Kayanja, Pastor Jessica Kayanja, Lady Justice Catherine Bamugemereire, and former CIID boss Grace Akullo. The high-profile welcome underscored the significance of her visit, which has already generated excitement among believers and Christian leaders across the country.

A Historic Visit of Faith and Leadership
Speaking to journalists at the airport, Pastor Robert Kayanja expressed gratitude for the preacher’s visit and revealed that Uganda’s top leadership had also welcomed her arrival with great enthusiasm.
“Pastor Dr. Paula White, we are so grateful to have you here in Uganda,” he said. “Even the President and First Lady were thrilled about your coming. His Excellency called me as early as six in the morning to share his excitement.”
Kayanja described her arrival as a divine moment, adding that the conference would mark a new chapter in both spiritual and national transformation.
“We believe this week will make a big difference, both in government and the church, as we witness a partnership that will impact the Great Lakes region,” he said.
‘Supernatural Timing’ — Dr. Paula White
Dr. White, visibly humbled by the warm reception, described her arrival as “supernatural timing” and praised Uganda’s strong faith and hospitality.
“I’m grateful to Pastor Robert, his beautiful wife Jessica, and the people of Uganda,” she said. “I’ve been coming to Africa since the mid-1980s, and I truly believe this visit is historic. After Ghana, Gabon, Rwanda, and the DRC, I know God is up to something great here in Uganda.”
With over 40 years in ministry, Dr. White said she came in her personal capacity—expecting “a move of God and a time of transformation for Uganda.”
“The people of Uganda are deeply spiritual. The revivals of the past are turning into a reformation now. Uganda’s divine purpose will come to pass,” she declared.
Faith, Leadership, and Transformation
Reflecting on her journey of faith and her role in the Trump administration, Dr. White shared that her ministry’s work with the former U.S. President was guided by prayer and spiritual direction rather than politics.

“When President Trump asked, ‘What is God saying?’ we gathered to pray, and that prayer movement became the foundation for national transformation. It was never about politics—it was a move of God,” she said.
During her time as head of the White House Faith Office, Dr. White led efforts to integrate faith-based leadership principles into governance, a model she says can inspire nations like Uganda to merge spirituality with development.
A Message to Uganda’s Youth and Women

Turning her message to Uganda’s young people, Dr. White encouraged them to embrace vision, courage, and faith as tools for shaping their future.
“A vision is a mental picture of your future that’s strong enough to command your present,” she said, quoting from her books Dare to Dream, Deal With It, and Move On, Move Up. “Don’t let circumstances define you—let your faith shape your future.”
Addressing women, she shared her powerful story of resilience, recalling her humble beginnings and rise to global ministry leadership.

“I was born into poverty, faced abuse, and lost my father at five,” she said. “But when I met Christ, everything changed. You can’t control what others say about you—focus on building, not defending. With faith, education, and good counsel, your life can transform completely.”
Conference Set to Inspire a Generation
The “Command the Future” Conference is expected to draw thousands of participants to Miracle Centre Cathedral, serving as a platform to unite the church, government leaders, and innovators under one vision of national transformation.
Dr. White is scheduled to preach and teach at the conference from Wednesday evening through Friday’s overnight service, with sessions focusing on leadership, faith, and purpose-driven living.
Her visit marks a defining spiritual moment for Uganda—one that blends global faith leadership with the country’s enduring vision of unity, transformation, and divine destiny.
